My husband and I had just gotten married and we stayed at Lasata for two nights as a mini moon. It was absolutely gorgeous . We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to going back!

Our weekend stay at this Lasata property was wonderful. The condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for us.The first floor location was so convenient! We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and we will certainly be back again! We only had two small problems. I was never able to get online on my computer. The connection would come up but it would not go through and there was no blender in the kitchen:( Neither one of those was anything major. Thanks so much!!

Lasata Unit 3107 in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for 4 nights during the 2nd week of March are looking forward to staying longer (6 or 7 nights) during our next trip to the Emerald Coast. The unit was clean, quiet and convenient to the pool, beach, Baytowne Wharf and shopping. Upon making our reservations we were somewhat concerned about the unit not being close to the beach, but we found that the 3 - 4 minute drive to the beach access is very easy and is a pleasant drive thru the beautifully landscaped resort complex with plenty of parking at the beach access. This is an excellent small condo unit to stay in, however the bed mattress is not very comfortable. We hope to stay again at Lasata 3107.

Very nice studio with all you really need for a quiet getaway. We loved the big flat screen and all decor was very nice and updated. Also we so appreciated having plenty of towels that were provided for us. March is a beautiful time of year to visit Sandestin and you can't ask for anything better than Baytown. We look forward to a return visit.

Me my 5 year old son and my fiance stayed here for labor day weekend and it rained THE WHOLE TIME and WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME STILL!!! Whenever the rain would die down a bit we would just walk right down the street and enjoy some shopping at the toy and candy store (my son loved it!) or go have a nice little dinner ( they have quite a few places to choose from) or even enjoy the carousel ride or the bungey trampolines!! There's just so much to do; even though we didnt get to enjoy the pool area because of the weather we always had something fun and exciting to do. and the room was nice and cozy and very clean, had everything we needed. I'd recomment this stay to anyone, young or old. Whether it's a nice romatic vacation for two or a fun family get away for all ages, this place has it all! :] I look forward to staying there again sometime REAL soon!

Quiet and Convenient!

Having just had some knee problems, I hoped that the location was convenient, and it was that and more. Less than two minute walk to the Village with tons of stuff to do. The parking in the garage directly below the unit was a dream, and less than 5 minutes from the beach. No elevators, no hikes to find the car in a large lot. We will definately be back. And the check-in a breeze too. Clean, convienent and quiet. We loved it!

Did you notice how as you are walking back to the condo you hear all the sounds of the Village (bands, crowds, fireworks, parades, etc). And then did you notice how when you make the corner to the front of Lasata you suddennly don't hear it. It's just peaceful and quiet. We actually got to meet the architect and learned that the buildings were designed with that purpose in mind. So it makes it where you can have all the perks of being in the Village without the noise. Anyway we are glad you had fun and look forward to hosting you again. Pat and Emily

We recently stayed in your Lasata condo and it was great. You were right when you said there was a lot do in the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the fact that it was only steps away from the condo made it that much easier to enjoy. The studio with kitchenette was just the right size for the two of us. We enjoyed the golf courses on the property as well as the beautiful pools. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We will be sure and keep you in mind for our next Destin trip.

This is a great location and very clean unit. There were very few renters in Lasata which made it nice. As long as you don't need a full kitchen and have a small group I would recommend this location.

I stayed at Lasata during the week in May. What a fun time - before all the summer crowds but all the locals and vendors are gearing up for Summer. Lasata gives you a southern plantation feel - the building is gorgeous and right near all the shops, restaurants and night spots at Baytowne Wharf. FUN! Our condo was a studio with kitchenette, but seemed much larger. It was all we needed and we'll be back.

Our Mothers Day Weekend Getaway

Our long weekend getaway to the condo at Lasata - San Destin was fabulous. The community was beautiful, had lots to do without every getting back in your car. From white sand beaches to the pools and park, walks along the trail and the shops/restaurants, our stay there offered us a bit of everything with out being rushed. The sunset view from Baytowne Wharf was beyond words. We loved the entire location and will plan to go back soon.

My husband and I rented Lasata for our Thanksgiving vacation. What a charming and romantic getaway. I've been to Sandestin before but never stayed at the village. It was so convenient. It was quiet but just steps from everything: restaurants, bars, pools. And the condo was lovely. Just enough space for the both of us with a kitchenette too. We loved the first floor patio. We will definitely be coming back.

Check out this 26.5 lb red snapper that I caught Saturday. He was 35" long and had a 27" girth. Caught him on very light tackle with a butterfly jig in 115' of water out of Destin's Harbor. The fishing in itself was worth our trip! Thanks for the tips -

Just got home from a week at your LaSata. The condo is magnificent.We have never experienced such an incredible balance of serenity&activity! So lovely, it was hard to drag ourselves away from the resort to go to theme parks,charter fishing,shopping&golf. In fact we didn't bother with shopping after all, except of course the occasional souvenir shop & the infamous SilverSands Factory Stores. We did take a few excursions; Big Kahuna's water park, Gulfarium & Air Force Armament museum. When back to the peace & tranquility of Lasata we had 3 pools to refresh in as well as hot tubs & our own Solstice club where we could retreat & grill out. The advantage of you guys personal touch was like having our own personal concierge! The walking Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin is so neat! Loads of restaurants to select from. On frugal nights we hit Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q & Graffiti's for pasta while watching the sunset over the water! Often we chose to simply eat-in since our place was equipped with an efficiency kitchen - the best of both world's! Our kids are 2 & 13, they had such FUN. Always something going on ... fireworks, zip line, movies on the lawn, concerts, wine & cheese tasting, yachts at the marina, Jolee Island to discover, play grounds, tree forts, golf, fishing, tennis, boating, Purina DogChow long jumping competition, corvette show. This was a family vacation but we're returning for an adults only, romantic, anniversary celebration :0) The Spa is out of this world as well as the fitness center. It was inexpensive but fabulous! It seemed we were surrounded by the rich & famous. What yawl told us helped to manage this ritzy booking within a limited budget. Your knowledge of the area & heart to share are, as MasterCard advertises, "Priceless". $149 per night for this fabulous room is an excellent value. The queen bed plus the queen sleeper sofa worked out perfect for the four of us. Overall I would say this is probably the best vacation we have ever stayed on holiday. We have recorded how to replicate our picture perfect getaway for return trips. By far the most convenient all inclusive resort property we've ever visited. The tram, bikes, jogging trails/hiking paths,jet skies,canoes,tennis, yolo boards, & of course the world's most beautiful beach have made this the location for our new found family tradition. We plan to choose 2 off season weeks & make them our annual adventure - the Brown's Lasata 3107 in Destin, FL is an absolute must for us!

If asked for our Favorite Place to Stay while in Destin … hands down it’s through the Brown family! They have 4 different condos in the area – each one uniquely different. We’ve been Pat and Emily’s guests in three of their fabulous condos and plan to try the 4th over the holidays! All are CLEAN, in great locations and they have made these home away from homes everything we could dream of.
