Perfect relaxing beach week

We had a wonderful time, and this condo was exactly what we needed. We have two small children, and the bunk room was perfect for them to have a little space of their own. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean, and it had everything we needed: washer/dryer was very helpful with kids in the sand daily, kitchen was well stocked for dinners in, and plenty of towels and linens. Fall was the perfect time of year to visit- it was warm enough for swimming, but not so sticky that we had to keep taking the kids in to cool off. Pier Park is very close and has lots of fun activities for families when you need a break from the beach or pool. Mike and Mary were so easy to work with, and our trip went off without a hitch! We will definitely look them up the next time we plan a trip to PCB!

This was a great condo! We are a family of 4 and we had plenty of room! The condo was bigger than the pictures show and in a great location. There is a grocery store and CVS across the street which was very convenient. We liked that this is a smaller building and on the quieter end of the strip yet still close to Pier Park. We have been going to Florida every summer for the last 10 years and this condo was the CLEANEST I have ever stayed in. Mike and Mary were very sweet to work with and answered all questions quickly. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. My family will be returning:)

My family of four just returned from our stay in this condo. It was beautiful! My family felt very at home and safe in this condo. It had everything we needed. I have two 12 year olds and the bunk room worked great for them. It is close to a grocery store which was nice. The building is very nice also. The parking under the building is very convenient. The beach access is great too - just take the elevator down to the lowest parking level walk out and down a few stairs and you are on the beautiful beach (which was not crowded since this isn't a large buidling). It was wonderful having the use of the beach chairs and umbrella and having the outside closet to store our beach toys in. The view from the patio is amazing. If we get the opportunity to return to Panama City we will definately stay here again.

My family and I spent the week of July 4th at your condo, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We were pleased with all the choices for entertainment, food, shopping, and beach time. We were close to everything, but not so close that we felt crowded. We loved the condo. The deciding factors for our rental was it had to be beach front, and it had to have a balcony. My husband and I had breakfast and coffee out on the balcony every morning we were there. The kids loved the bunk area, complete with flat screen TV. We all enjoyed the free WiFi for our laptops and Ipods. The garage under the condos was great. We saw several families at other condos dragging their luggage across the street! AGH! We actually never used the pool at the condo. We were either in the ocean, or out and about. We didn't get to take advantage of the fitness room either. (What a shame!!) But believe me, we got plenty of exercise. July 4th on the beach was spectacular!! There was a half hour (at least) fireworks show from the pier that kept everyones attention, whether on the balocony or the beach. I was afraid we might run into alot of people having too much fun on the beach, but everyone seemed really nice and there wasn't anything that we saw out of line. The beach chairs and umbrellas came in very handy and saved us quite a bit of money. We researched and researched condos all the way to Savannah trying to decide on a vacation spot. We thought Mike and Mary were very fair on the price of the rental. I appreciated that they had one price, no add this fee, and don't forget that fee. One price, plain and simple. And it was alot lower than most we found. The condo was plenty big for all 4 of us, and we enjoyed staying there. We had no problems/issues with anything while we were there. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing Florida vacation. Relaxing?? Well, not really!! Dolphin cruises, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, Ripleys, go-karts, arcades, and let's not forget the surprise day at the spa for my daughter and I from my husband...Lots of fun and lots of memories made!!

Just returned home from five great nights in this condo. Owners were very prompt with responses to questions and available when needed. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.. We all had a wonderful time here. The beach and pool were great. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.. Thank you Mike and Mary for sharing your place with us for our annual "girl's trip".

The condo was in immaculate condition and has everything that anyone would need to enjoy a wonderful stay. It is clean and in a perfect area of Panama City. We loved the location and the beautiful view from the balcony. It has wireless internet, big screen tvs, washer and dryer etc. The decor was well done and felt like home. Mike and Mary were very attentive to our needs and made every detail clear. They were prompt in very facet of our experience. My family loved this place and our vacation was an absolute blast! Thanks!!!

This condo was one of the most beautifully decorated and cleanest condos we have enjoyed at PCB. The owners are easy to work with and provided excellent communications and ease of check-in. Views from the room are spectacular. Pier Park is close as are several excellent restaurants. Parking is available below condo units and getting to the elevator is just a few steps away from parking. The condo grounds are well maintained with security onsite. Loved our week in your condo and give the condo and owner the highest rating! Thanks for your hospitality.

All was well for the Winter months we stayed at this beautiful decorated Condo. Huge screened TV & comfortable King Bed. Quite bldg. even during the Spring Break Season it wasn't too bad. For short term renters, [ perfect ]. For long term renters, [ some improvements could be made ]. But, it is a comfortable Condo & we plan to return.

My family and I had a great time staying at Mike and Mary's condo in PCB. We were nervous that the oil would ruin our vacation but we never saw a drop of it. Initially I chose their condo b/c they offered a all-inclusive package with the cleaning fees and taxes included in the overall price, which was much more reasonable than other condos at this same Resort. My parents also rented here at the Palazzo, but they rented from ResortQuest instead. I would very much recommend renting from owners instead b/c they are so much more accomodating and resonable. My parents now agree! While there, we decided to stay 1 extra night so I called Mike and Mary from the condo and asked if it would be okay and they said "sure". This made my hubby happy b/c he flew in for half the week. BTW, the airport is only 15 minutes away! They were excellent to work with! It is in a very desirable location too. Very close to pier park and lots of restaurants. We also used the Winn Dixie Grocery store across the street several times. Very convienent! My 4 yr old's favorite was the elevated pool. We could swim & see the ocean while she made alot of friends. Overall it was an excellent vacation! I can't wait to go back!!!

Mike, Thank you. Even though we booked in on short notice, everything went like Mike said it would without the slightest hitch. The condo was clean, larger than we expected, and nicer than we expected. The kids really enjoyed their alcove. The beach was right there, close enough to hear the waves, but far enough not to hear the people. My biggest concern was having booked on an over-embellished promise.... It exceeded our expectations. This condo was perfect for our family of three. It was a nice home away from home. It has been well taken care of, as well as, nicely decorated! The owner provided everything we needed, right down to the outlet covers to keep our one year old safe! The location is perfect.It was great to have 24 hour security on the property as well. We almost didn't go to PCB because, like so many people, we were afraid the oil would ruin our vacation. We are so glad we went. No oil in sight..the beaches and water were as beautiful and clean as always. We can't wait to go back! Also, these owners are excellent to deal with. After a last minute decision, we hopped in our car Monday morning and while driving to Panama City Beach, made arrangements via email and phone. The process was quite easy and we appreciate them letting us rent their condo on such short notice. You will not be dissapointed with this condo, the owners or the beach!

The condo was beautiful and convienently located. No matter what time of day the common areas where very clean. We had a great vacation and some of that was due to the great accomodations. Thank you Mike and Mary. And as long as the beaches aren't ruined we will be back!

The condo was so comfortable (including the master bed) and the kitchen was supplied very nicely. We enjoyed the table for four and the chaise lounge on the balcony. We loved that liquid soap dispensers were stocked at all the sinks. With teen girls, having two bathrooms is a huge plus! Much better use of space instead of a second full sized bedroom. Having access to wi-fi was also a big plus. We really enjoyed being on the west end of P.C Beach near Pier Park, and were pleasantly surprised that we didn't encounter ANY Spring Break traffic jams! Nice grocery store just across the street. Quick, easy access to our vehicle. Rented beach chairs and umbrellas in front of Palazzo and they were always ready for us.

My family and I recently stayed in this condo. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful! Everyone there was very nice, helpful, and polite. The beach is perfect and clean. Everything we needed was right there - there was a man in charge of the cabannas who also took care of any parasailing, banana boat riding, or kyaking needs that we had. The pool was heated and my daughter spent a majority of her time swimming around in it. The condo was close to a wonderful out door mall. On the other side of the street was a place to rent scooters, miniature cars and golf carts.This was one of the best vacations we've had. I would HIGHLY reccommend this condo!
