Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, granite countertops and everything you will need for your stay. Separate eating area off kitchen has room for 4 and floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. More formal dining area has majestic glass dining table with seating for 6. Dining area flows easily into living room with 2 large sofas, flat screen TV and 180 degree views out the expansive screened-in lanai. Just walk out for elegant dining or star gazing at night.

Master bedroom features king size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Separate entrance through huge glass slider and beautiful tree-top views. Guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds and full bath.

The reserved-space covered garage parking and secure entry system leads to elevators, which whisk you to your retreat.

As a Valencia guest you can lounge around the pool, or the salt-water spa and clubhouse. You will also have full privileges at all Pelican Bay Foundation restaurants and recreation facilities including the state-of-the-art fitness center & spa, tennis, kayaking and canoeing in Oyster Bay. Additionally you are 2 minutes from the Naples Philharmonic Center of the Arts and adjacent to the world-famous Waterside Shops. Old Naples offers the famous pier as well as world-renowned dining and nightlife.
