We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The oceanview was beautiful and my children loved going to a different pool within the resorrt every afternoon. The central location of the resort itself was wonderfu, it was minutes away from everything we wanted to see and do.l The owners were very friendly and showed us around the unit and really made us feel at home. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait until next year.

This condo is in a terrific location and the owners advertisement is right on target. The owners are helpful with any questions about the area, and the unit is a perfect size for 3 to 4 people. The unit is clean, cozy and comfortable with some nice personal touches. For those of you that are from Pittsburgh or Latrobe, this is a great location as Spirit flies direct and the Myrtle Beach airport is only 3 miles away. You do not necessarily need a rental car. We believe that the owners offer the best value for the area and the complex has plenty of pools and an outdoor bar that is family friendly. The downstairs restaurant is also good for breakfast, and there are some very good restaurants and a cool mini golf place within walking distance. The beach is right there and the balcony has a great view.

My family and I stayed in this condo for the week of 4th of July. We had a lot of fun and did a lot of relaxing. Thanks for everything! I'm going to start by saying I had an amazing time and any complaints I list were greatly outweighed by the good things. pros; 1. king size bed was SO comfy. 2. pull out bed was not as good as a mattress, but it was an upgrade from a cot. 3.VERY clean! 4. there is a screen you can close to get some privacy if you are sleeping on the pull out mattress.we greatly appreciated this feature. 5. great view of the strip and of the ocean. 6. the balcony was great, spent a lot of time out there and loved the view. 7. location was great. right on the beach and close to all the action. 8. the pools are well kept. I saw people cleaning them often. and same goes for the hot tubs. 9. friendly staff. 10. kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed. 11. beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided. 12. parking! yay for more than one parking lot and easy access. 13. beach bar was a nice amenity and we liked hearing the music and karaoke while in the pool. 14. Kevin and Liz replied to emails promptly and were always nice. cons; 1. water pressure was an issue, until we figured out how to keep it decently steady by putting the pressure gauge on medium. 2. the bedroom is next to the hallway and elevator. and the room must not be well insulated because you can hear almost anything that goes on out there. woke me up a few times. 3. although i loved the balcony, my one complaint about it is privacy. if you are on your balcony you can see all people on the same floor as you, and you can see a few above and below. 4. this isn't the owner fault, but so close to the ocean and all over myrtle beach cell phone service is a pain. friends of mine staying at another hotel on the beach had issues with getting calls out and internet. we tried several times to order food, but the reception was so bad we couldn't even get a call out. but like I said, this is a Myrtle Beach issue not a condo issue. 5. internet provided by HOA was decent, but half the time it was easier and faster to use the internet provided by the hotel next door.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kevin & Liz's condo at the Blue Water Resort. The first thing I appreciated was how clean the place was. Plus, it is nice that there are cleaning supplies available (broom, vacuum, cleaning products). There is AC in the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The king size bed, sheets, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable. There's a small TV in the bedroom, night stands and lights on either side of the bed, a 4 drawer dresser, and a closet with room to hang clothes and some fun goodies (cooler, 2 beach chairs, camp chair, kid's camp chair, 2 umbrellas, beach blanket, skim board, and a room safe). The kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, mixing bowls, pots and pans, cookie sheet, colander, spoons/knives/forks, salt/pepper/spices, pretty much anything you might need. One thing I liked about the bathroom is that the shower and toilet are behind a door, so if you're in the shower someone else can use the sink/mirror. I think there were 5 or 6 towel sets of very nice quality. I noticed no mold/mildew; the toilet and shower were very clean. The living-room has a table with 4 chairs, a lazy-boy style recliner, a wicker rocking chair, a three seat couch that pulls out into a bed, a coffee table, and a fold up cot in the corner (didn't pull out the couch or use the cot). There are extra sheets and blankets in the drawers of the entertainment center. A large CRT TV with cable and a combo DVD/VCR player. The balcony opens from the living room and is large enough for about 4 people to sit on and enjoy. You can indeed see (and hear) the ocean & beach from the balcony. Although the balcony is on the side of the building, there is parking for public beach access right next to the condo's building, so there's a nice gap between you and the next big hotel. Didn't spend a lot of time on the balcony, because you're steps away from the beach. It is much nicer to just wander down there. Used the pool and hot tub quite a bit. It is open from 9am to 11pm, and one pool is indoor/outdoor and heated. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay. My only small issues were elevator noise (door/bedroom right across from elevator), which was solved by turning on the fan at night, and the place had a strong air-freshener smell, but I opened front door and balcony door for a while and got a good breeze to help soften that. I would definitely recommend this place and may return myself

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place while we visited Myrtle Beach. It is immaculate. You all are wonderful people to rent from. The condo was just as promised. The king bed was awesome and very comfortable, it was like being home away from home. We had friends who rented another condo there and were not as pleased with theirs. The condo was like a home away from home, except for Tropical Storm Nicole!!! We have recommened you to all of our friends and family!!! If anyone is looking for a clean reasonable fantastic place to stay this one is it!!!!

We just returned from a 7 night stay at this condo and had the time of our lives!!! The condo satisfied all our needs!! The Taylor's were excellent people to rent from!!! They were extremely helpful and had a nice place for us to stay!!!!! We give them 10 stars!!!!!

We had a great time at Myrtle Beach! Your condo was great and enabled us to have a wonderful time. We loved being able to head right out to the beach or to one of the many pools. They always had something going on in the evening out by Nassau Ned's Beach Bar, live music, or karaoke... At night the king bed was awesome and my kids said the pull out sofa was great! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful condo!
