Year Purchased: 2007
I have three kids ages 12, 9 and 7. My two girls share a bedroom when we use the condo and my son has his own room. I have owned it since 2007. Love biking, jogging or walking the cliff walk. Everything is in walking distance so I just park my car and don't need to use it until we leave.
Why the Owner Chose Newport
I chose to buy this condo due to its location. It is right on Thames Street in the middle of all the restaurants and shops.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
It is a 5-10 minute walk to the cliff walk, mansions or beach. Stop & Shop, CVS, RiteAid all a few minute walk and big box stores and 12 screen movie theater for rainy days are all a couple miles away in Middletown RI. My main home is not located near many stores so it is a novelty to be able to walk to so many things. Love the convenience that this condo offers to everything. Parking is never a problem as the unit has two deeded parking spots. All rooms have cable TV, central air, wireless internet, and kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your own meals.
