It is for us a great pleasure to welcome you to our home. Our hope is that you have & enjoy a pleasant stay in our family's home. Our home is in a Private, Safe & Comfortable Atmosphere. A convenient place with proximity to several shops and services. It is in a residential area strategically located next to 2 gated community's, as well as a popular Mexican private school. We are only 5 minutes from the entrance to the Hotel Zone and 15-20 minutes from the
Cancun International Airport.
The House consists of 3 levels with vaults of brick, 5 bedrooms, 4 terraces, 6 bathrooms, Hall, room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, private pool, outdoor barbeque area, roofed carport for 2 vehicles, pond and waterfall indoors, vaulted ceilings with brick and large beams, wooden doors, hardwood furniture in white cedar. The House is usually cool and breezy, however, all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
We are confident that the House will cover the needs of your group and or family.

Es para nosotros un gran placer para le Bienvenido a nuestra casa. Nuestra esperanza es que se han & disfruta de una estancia agradable en casa de la nuestra familia. Nuestra casa está en una privada, seguro y cómodo atmósfera. Un lugar conveniente con proximidad a varias tiendas y servicios. Es en una zona residencial estratégicamente situado junto a la comunidad 2 vallado, así como la popular escuela privada mexicana. Estamos a sólo 5 minutos desde la entrada del hotel en la zona y 15-20 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Cancún.
La casa consta de 3 niveles con bóvedas de ladrillo, 5 dormitorios, 4 terrazas, 6 baños, salón, sala, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, rincón de desayuno, piscina, barbacoa al aire libre, techada aparcamiento techado para 2 vehículos, estanque y cascada en el interior, bóvedos techos con ladrillos y vigas grandes, las puertas de madera, muebles de madera de cedro blanco. La Asamblea es generalmente fresco y viento, sin embargo, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionadas.
Estamos seguros de que la Asamblea cubrirá las necesidades de su grupo y o familia.

What I like the most is that the house has a very private, secure area for the family, and also a convenient location close to malls, sam's club, costco, the hotel zone entrance, restaurants, private schools and a few minutes to the airport.

Owner's Map of Punta Cancun
The Hoth-Perez family first arrived to Isla Mujeres in the early 60's. Cancun did not exist back then, our father (Javier) opened one of the 1st Dive & Fishing Shops in the island and our mother (Hilda) had a Beauty Shop, a few years later they opened Restaurant Bucaneros, offering the Caribbean delicacies to the tourism that was starting to arrive to the island. We're 4 sons, 2 boys and 2 girls. When our father died, our mother kept going with the business and built Hotel Bucaneros, a small family-run hotel in a Caribbean-Rustic style. One day our mother decided it was time to take all of us to Cancun, looking for better schools for our education. We first started to rent an apartment and a few years later she found a very special piece of land in a downtown residential area in Cancun Mexico. So she started to build a home of her dreams, in a colonial-Mexican style. This is the same house we're offering to you today, and we're proud to be able to offer it to you, we're certain that you'll find it very accommodating & convenient.
