The three levels include an entrance on the lower floor, two bedrooms on the main floor, and an open loft on the third floor. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a full en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom around the corner. The open loft includes a queen sofa bed. The sitting area is composed of a queen sofa bed and a stone gas fireplace. Altogether, this villa sleeps 8 people comfortably. This villa is fully furnished with a gourmet kitchen that has natural granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a formal dining area, as well as a patio that has outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ.
There are lots of activities to do around the area: Kayaking with rentals on the premises, swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, and golfing. Inquire about the nearby lakes and hiking routes.
On site, there is a superb restaurant with a delicious menu that is open for lunch and dinner. There is also a beautiful and relaxing Spa with many services offered. Complimentary, there is a swimming pool and hot tub, although the swimming pool closes for the fall and winter, with the hot tub open all year. There is a waterfront gym with all the necessities to make you sweat.
There is an IGA grocery store within walking distance, as well as lots of stores only a short drive away. Sechelt is about 40 minutes away with great shops and restaurants.
