Charming apartment in the historic centre in Seville up to 5 people just opposite the Fine Arts Museum, only a few minutes from the Cathedral and all the main monuments to visit. Everything is walking distance no need of public transport. They are fully equipped with all the necessary to have a nice stay, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances, towels and linen, TV, DVD, books, films, information about Seville and maps, internet, etc. Our objective is people don't forget their stay in Seville, we try to provide them all the may need. The apartment is located right opposite the Fine Arts Museum Square. The neighborhood surrounding the Museum of Fine Arts is one of the most typical quarters in Seville, with a mix of stately, historic houses, plazas and churches. This part of the city provides with a perfect insight of every day life in Seville, offering a more authentic Seville without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights.
Guests are less than one minute from the Museum of Fine Arts (Museo de Bellas Artes), and four minutes from the El Corte Ingles, La Campana, Sierpes, Tetuan-shopping district. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Santa Cruz quarter are approximately 10 minutes walk. It’s a few minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station, the Guadalquivir River and Triana district. Also near the theme park Isla Magica.
The trendy and bohemian part of the city, La Alameda de Hercules, known for the great amount of open air terraces, new restaurants, gay-friendly pubs, etc., is just 8 minutes walk.
In addition to his central location, the apartment is situated in a very quiet street, so a peaceful stay is guaranteed. On Sundays you can go across the street to the Fine Arts Museum Square and visit the painters market, where local artists exhibit and sell their work.
Some of Seville’s best dining and tapas are in the neighborhood surrounding the apartment. We can recommend Boreas (50mtrs away, with open-air terrace), Bar Eslava, etc.
The flat is strategically located for those who come to visit Seville during Easter, and is got also easy access to the Feria de Abril.

We bought the apartment in 2005. As we studied English and we traveled a lot around the world, we decided to continue knowing people from every part of the world. We like people and Seville so this was our first intention, to give other people out from Spain, all we have here. Sun, nice people and beautiful houses and streets. Our objective is to make people happy during their stay in Seville. We also have accommodation in Granada and in the coast!

Me and my partner stayed in this apartment for a week earlier this year. It's exactly what we wanted, comfortable, cosy and in an excellent location. It's a short walk to the main district but just far enough out to be quiet at night. Lidia organised a taxi for us from the airport and met us at the apartment as arranged, she spent time going through the map with us telling us which areas to visit and which tapas bars to go to (all advice was excellent!) I would definitely go back to Seville and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere except in another one of Lidia's apartments.

We stayed in another apartment of Lidia in Seville, apartment Museo IV in Goles Street. The apartment was exactly as she told us : everything brand new, fully equiped, clean, peaceful. The apartment is close to the city centre, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Very intresting too is that the owner lives in the same apartment. Lidia was very friendly and helped us with maps, showing interesting places, good tapa bars, arranged a taxi, etc. And she speaks English very well, not always evident in Seville. Great city, terrific weather, excellent apartment ! Highly recommended !

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location.L'appartement est fonctionnel,clair,frais grace à l'air conditionné qui fonctionne parfaitement.La déco est soignée,la cuisine bien équipée et l'ensemble de l'appartement très bien entretenu.Quartier calme,situétout près du centre ville.Supermarché à proximité,Guadalquivir(le fleuve)accessible à pieds pour des balades le soir à la fraicheur.Nous avons passés une semaine très agréable en laissant notre voiture dans une rue toute proche de l'appartement en sécurité et nous avons visité les différents quartiers à pieds très facilement.Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui restait disponible pour d'éventuelles informations. Un séjour inoubliable,une adresse à retenir.Vacances réussie. Famille M."
