WELCOME TO THE CHALET MAXIMO This is a luxury 3000 square foot custom home featured in Mountain Living Magazine featuring high end furnishings by Ralph Lauren and Mitchell Gold. It's a four bedroom home with large loft.

LOCATION: Two acre private lot in Blue River - walking distance to Quandary Peak Trail Head, 5 minute drive to the slopes of Breckenridge. BEST SKI CHOICES: Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-Basin are all within a 40 minute drive or less!

GOURMET KITCHEN: Features gas stove, two ovens, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, blender, crock pot, ice cream machine, ice maker, Kitchen Aid mixer, pots-pans-bake ware, and Portuguese dinner wear service for 12. Kitchen features an eat in table surrounded by windows. LOWER KITCHEN: Wet bar, two additional fridges for food/wine, microwave, and an electric oven and stove.

GREAT ROOM: Bath in light from the 20 foot glass windows as you are warmed in front of the gas fireplace surround by an impressive 20 foot wall of stone opposite the 8 foot French armoire imported from the Paris Flea Market. Dine with your family and friends at an antique farm table placed adjacent to the windows.

PRIVATE MASTER SUITE: Close the drapes, climb into a Ralph Lauren wicker sleigh bed and read a book or enjoy the MASTER BATH's spa tub, or two person shower when your ready to relax.

RELAX: Your pleasure is our goal - everything from towels, robes, shampoo, basic toiletries, fine linens, hair dryers, humidifiers, pillow top mattresses and in-floor heating throughout this home (and garage) will confirm you are on vacation.

PLAY: The house is conveniently located near the Trail Head to Quandary Peak -the country's only 14,000 peak- Mohawk Lakes trail and McCullough Gulch are nearby too! GOLFING AND MOUNTAIN BIKING in Summit County offers a wide variety of difficulty levels for the novice and skilled visitor alike.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: In additional to the MASTER SUITE, there is the DAKOTA SUITE, featuring a four poster bed; the MOOSE LODGE decorated for those that love a traditional cabin feel, and the COLLECTORS' SUITE featuring finds from the owners' travels. In total there are FOUR FULL BATHS.

OUTDOOR SEVEN PERSON HOT TUB: Surrounded by landscaping illuminated with mini-lights and landscape lighting you are sure to relax here. DECK: With seasonal outdoor furniture and a wood fireplace for those chilly nights.

ENTERTAINMENT: Three flat screen TVs including the largest in the Media Room with surround sound and a video game system.
