This large waterfront home is on a private court and is only 7 blocks from Residents Beach and 5 minutes from Tigertail Beach. It has a large dock and the heated pool has a built-in spa. The large deck has a great wide water view, overlooks the pool and always has a nice breeze; it also has table & 6 chairs on the deck outside. Guest rooms done in Florida colors, two with king beds and the other with twins, the guest bath in between. Queen sofa sleeper in great room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has 4 bar stools at counter and is open to great room.There is also table and 6 chairs in the dining area. Everything you need is here, including blender, toaster, food processor, juicer, microwave, icemaker and more. There are lots of cabinets and counter space. The dining area adjoins the great room and has sliders out to front balcony.
Lots of seating in great room to watch the BIG SCREEN TV, features VCR, stereo, CD player and sliders that open to back deck that overlooks pool and water. This home has separate laundry room, ironing board and iron. And a HEATED POOL!
This home has indirect water access and is on a quiet court with privacy in Marco but close to beach and restaurants and shopping.

The Unique Benefits of this Home
We almost always eat out on the deck. There is a great breeze and the view is wonderful. The fishing is good and the boating is spectacular. We play golf and if you look you can find deals. The restaurants are really super, I have info at the house for visitors. The pool is sure not bad either. 3 TVs at the home.
