Pelican Marsh is a premier 2,000 acre gated community. It was selected by "Where to Retire" magazine as one of the 100 best master planned communities in the USA. Pelican Marsh is approximately two miles from the extraordinary Vanderbilt Beach, site of the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and a ten minute drive to the internationally renowned "Old Naples". It is ideally located near an eclectic selection of restaurants and shops. Pelican Marsh amenities include a state of the art fitness center, tennis facilities, pools and a magnificent club house.
The 2,313 total square foot (1,845 under air) "carriage home" is in the Arielle section. It is a second (top) floor residence on the lake. You can watch water birds and turtles while having a morning cup of coffee on the lanai. In the evening, the lake appears golden as the sun sets and the water display is illuminated.
The home is tastefully, turnkey furnished including items for the beach. The well equipped eat-in kitchen has granite countertops. There is a dining room that seats six and a den by the kitchen that we use for reading and listening to music.
The MBR has a king size bed and faces the lake. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two twin size beds. There are two full baths with granite vanity tops. The master bath has a double sink vanity, large shower and separate soaking tub. The residence is steps away from the Arielle pool area.

Why the Owner Chose Arielle
During our initial visit, our family fell in love with Naples. My wife and I plan to relocate there when our children leave for college. Pelican Marsh is ideally situated allowing easy access to the beach, south to downtown Naples and north to Coconut Point. It is "next door" to the new Mercado center featuring fine shops and dining. The gated community is beautifully landscaped with homes positioned around golf courses, lakes and the award winning Concohatchee Strand nature preserve. It is reminiscent of a world class resort.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We prefer a "carriage home" to other condominium styles, particularly high rises. It is more private. The residence is very spacious and has second floor volume ceilings. The floor plan facilitates family activities while the large bedrooms provide sanctuary when desired. The kitchen is user friendly with lots of cabinet and counter space. The residence is decorated in a "beach/tropical" motif providing a nice change from our primary home. Most of all, we enjoy being on the lake and the second floor view from the lanai. This home is not for sale, thus protecting renters from a potential disruption of their vacation plans.
