The house is 4200 square feet and is very roomy. The design allows for multiple groups to use various areas of the home at the same time. All bedrooms are master suites!
Sunriver House is wired for Wi-Fi internet connection and is available to you at no charge!
Telephone service is available with long distance included! We are located in an excellent reception area for cell phone service (most major carriers).
We also offer a satellite system and DVD players for all televisions in the house! Blu-Ray is also featured! The Theater Room is unique and comes fully equipped with: 8 Custom Leather Theater Seats w/Sound, 7.1 THX Certified Sound System, Sony & Stewart Projection System, Fully Automated Screen Controls, Nintendo Game Cube system, Concessions bar w/bar-fridge (you provide concessions), and microwave oven all set up in amphitheater style, this room will fully darken, and with the 72" theater screen, you are sure to have a true theater experience!
BBQ on the back patio and relax next to the outdoor "See-Through" gas fireplace or, hang out in the Jacuzzi!
The main Sunriver bike path is located just off the back corner of the property providing you with private access!

Introducing SHARC: Sunriver Homeowners Auquatic & Recreation Center, currently under construction!
SHARC is an indoor pool facility that blends the fun of pool recreation with the functionality of deep water lap swimming! It will have a beach entry, tot bubblers, spinners and flowers, a vortex whirlpool, social bench and water basketball all adjacent to a 7'6" deep, 25-meter 3-lane lap section!
It will have a slide tower with two exciting water slides, and a lazy river water feature with gentle currents that move tube riders around an island! Includes a large pool deck and grass areas for sunbathing and lounging.
This new facility is expected to open May 2012 and The Sunriver House will be offering passes for guests! (number of passes to be determined)

This house is beautiful and the perfect place to relax and have fun with our famly. We loved the theater room and the hot tub - and cooking in the kitchen. We took walks, saw a lot of deer, and went to the village for coffee and bubble tea. Our whole family has had a great time - thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing your home! It is a great place to walk and plenty of bikes for the rides! I so appreciate having private space for each family - but great spaces - especially the kitchen/dining room for us to all get together. It was so nice and sunny all week that we didn't spend much time in the theater room. Great visit and great family time.

What a lovely home! We all had such a great time here. The kids and adults alike loved the movie theater. We had many a lovely night chatting on the deck by the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so luxurious, especially that great tub in the [downstairs] Master Suite! We felt very at home here and cannot wait to come back! We've already booked it for July 2010. Some of us come to Sunriver every year from Washington DC. Visiting your home is well worth the trip. Thanks!

Wow! What a great vacation we have had - golf almost every day, biking, hot tub, movies (LOVE the theater room) and wonderful quiet time. Your home is beautiful (perfect surroundings), you thought of everything to make this a perfect retreat! We look forward to our next time in Sunriver!

What a fantastic 50th wedding anniversary! We celebrated with all our family in your beautiful home. It was even nicer than I had anticipated!! The teater room was well sized for all - and the coffee bar away from the kitchen - brillant! So nice to work in such a well appointed kitchen. Wonderful to have two dishwashers! We liked a lot - part of the gang white-water rafted, made and shot rockets at the Nature Centre, visited the Lava Cave and Lava Forest, canoed, and swam at the South Pool, etc. It all went by too fast - hopefully we'll be back next year! Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sunriver house. It is definitely the nicest home we have stayed in. Since we had four couples, I especially appreciated the privacy of the master suites each with a comfortable king bed and luxurious bath. We utilized the large kitchen area and dining room as our relatives came over for dinners. The kids loved the theater room - one rainy day they spent almost 7 hours in there! The location is very convenient to the mall and grocery store plus the recycling center. When I got home I quickly checked the calendar to see if it is available for Labor Day - but it is already booked. The kitchen is so well supplied - we love pancakes so I had brought along our own griddle but found one there - lots of measuring cups, tongs and other utensils. The double dishwashers were great and we kept them busy. Thank you again - we would love to return soon.

We had a great time. Master suites just what we needed for four high-powered couples plus kids. Theater a big hit, as were the thunder storms! Lots of bikes; with the four we brought, we had to rent just one. Game cube was a hit with the kids. Kitchen well-equipped (yesterday, back home for more than a week, I suddenly realized we never tried out the waffle iron!) Outdoor-living set-up much-appreciated. Thanks especially for allowing us to rent Tuesday to Tuesday; our family reunion would have been impossible otherwise.
