This home has a large family room with lots of seating, open floor plan with counter stools in kitchen and a pass-thru to lanai. Quality bedding and a queen sofa sleeper in living room. Year Purchased: 2003
This was the second property we bought in Marco. It is direct access and close to Marco River, great for boaters. The home has a great feel to it, it is always just great to be there. We furnished it the way we did because we stay there too. It has all ammenities,an electrically heated 15 x 30 pool. Stools in the kitchen at the granite counters, outside dining on the lanai with outside fridge and new grill. You we absolutely love it!
Why the Owner Chose Other Marco Island Properties
The master bedroom is separate from the guest rooms as are the baths. The family room is at the opposite end of the house from the bedrooms. The pool table is a fun ammenity. Doors close off guest bedrooms if you chose for more privacy. Sliders are throughout going to pool area and lanai. Beautiful landscaping professionally cared for as well as pool.
The Unique Benefits of this House
If we don't go out to eat at many of the great restaurants, we usally grill on the new gas grill. There is a pass through window from the kitchen to lanai, nice convenience! The kitchen and family room are ajoined so all family and guests can enjoy each others company. The house is just an easy stay; relaxing and comfortable. Besides the outside table and chairs, their are stools at the passtrough to the kitchen outside as well as a small refrigerator for your convenience at the pool.

I needed to clean the house before unpacking as it was not vacuumed, dog food was on the floor in laundry and cigarette butts were under the sofa. This was supposed to be a non-smoking property but it reeked of smoke when we arrived. The microwave quit on the 2nd day and we were able to get in contact with owner and told to purchase what we needed. We changed the light switch that controled the light over the pool table to have light in that room which saved the owners approx. $150.The air conditioner quit working the 4th day we were there and we attempted to contact the owner, left 2 messages, we did not receive a call back for 2 weeks. The grill burners on the gas grill were burnt out. Rather than calling the owner, since we didn't get a response with the air conditioner, we chose to purchase a small one to take home with us. The dryer would overheat if more than 1 load was dried. The boat lift quit working after 5 weeks and we decided to cut our vacation short by a week because of all the problems.
