Casa Cascada is a newly constructed home in one of the newest gated communities in Manuel Antonio and is named for the waterfall running through the property. It is a wonderful place to relax in the jungle with modern amenities, including flat screen TV's, wireless internet, and air conditioning.
The house has a Balinese style decor and is nestled in the lush rainforest of Manuel Antonio. The cathedral bamboo ceilings create an open setting right in the middle of the jungle!
The main living area and kitchen are spacious and comfortable with custom wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen leads out to a breakfast nook on the side patio, perfect for sipping your morning coffee as the you listen to wildlife rise with you.
The master suite, located just off the main living area features an intriguing Indonesian antique head board, king size bed, sofa, flat screen TV and a private terrace overlooking the pool. The bathroom features an antique cabinet re-styled as the vanity and a deep marble tub adds to the feeling of luxury.
The 2 other bedrooms are located on the other side of the main living area and are accessible from the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king. The 2 rooms share a luxuriously appointed bathroom and both rooms have direct access to the roman bath and large pool.
The Manuel Antonio area is loaded with family activities from zip-lining tours, sunset sailing and snorkeling, horseback riding, mangrove tours, fishing, white water rafting, and more. You will be sure to see lots of wildlife including titi monkeys, white faced monkeys, sloths, iguanas, toucans, and many butterflies.
All tours can pick you up and bring you back to the property. We will be happy to assist you in planning your activities. The owners live on the property and are there to help with your needs. We are a 15 minute ride to the Quepos airport and 8-10 minutes ride to Manuel Antonio National Park and beach.

Year Purchased: 2008
My wife, 2 kids, and I moved from New Orleans, LA to Costa Rica over 2 years ago. We built our home the first year and wanted to have something else to share with friends and family. Casa Cascada was built the next year and now we want to open it to others to enjoy the beautiful lush Costa Rica. There are so many great things about Costa Rica and Manuel Antonio is a gem of the country. The Ticos (Costa Ricans) are friendly and love visitors.
