We are a family from England who live in the small rural location of Lowerfold, which nestles in the hills of the Pennines about 20 miles from Manchester.
Why the Owner Chose Highlands Reserve
We had been coming to Florida for almost 20 years before purchasing the home on Highlands Reserve. What struck us immediately was the excellence of the development and its stunning location. There is only one neighbouring property and unobstructed views of the conservation area to the rear and the golf course to the front. Being situated at the back of the development, peace and tranquility is another huge bonus.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The property has been completely renovated and professionally furnished since its purchase. The fitting out is to a high 5 star standard and the fabric of the building, furnishings and equipment is comprehensively maintained by a management company when we are not staying there. Wildlife abounds in the area with many opportunities to spy animals and birds that live in and beyond the conservation area.
