Situated 25 steps from one of the best beaches in all of Newport this stunning contempoerary gem is perfect for a family getaway.
The property is a Duplex but we rent both units together:
The top unit offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths in 2000 square feet and has an additional rooftop patio (600 sq. feet).
The bottom unit has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths in 1600 square feet.
A total of 4 parking spots are available (2 in the garage and two in front of the home on the street). There is a huge public parking lot about 300 yards from the home.
Use the bikes provided to ride the boardwalk, or boogie boards, umbrellas and make it a beach day. The home is located at the best surfing break in Newport Beach
The home has two separate kitchens each with a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, and every kitchen utensil you will ever need.
A huge rooftop deck (over 600 sq. ft.) awaits you for sunbathing or just soaking in the wonderful Southern California weather. The bottom unit has an enclosed patio with a patio set and a tiki bar.
Each unit comes with two color TV's (one with a media center with over 400 of the latest movies), a PC with high speed internet (or Wi-Fi available), and a DVD player, and four bicycles.
One bedroom in the upper unit has a fireplace, and three of the bedrooms have lofts where additional family members can sleep.

2012: Jun 2 - Sept 1 (Peak) .. $5875 per week (7 bedrooms 5 baths)
NOTE: We have a 7 night minimum in Summer months and we rent from SAT to SAT
Add 10% for city taxes + $300 cleaning fee
$1500 deposit required to hold booking (which then becomes the security deposit)
We accept paypal. 3.2% fee added if using a credit card (bank charge).

This beach house, both levels, were aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The property was well kept and the owner/manager were very helpful and resourceful. The location was great (about a minute walk to the beach) and not too far from food locations. There were 6 parking spots overall offered, which was very important when considering how difficult it can be to find parking in Newport Beach. Overall it was a great experience and would stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this spacious duplex with a great deck on top. We rented the upstairs which was very roomy and open and with 4 bedrooms ( 2 with lofts), 3 bathrooms there was room for everyone. The pool / ping pong table came in handy with the teenagers and it also doubled as a dining room table which could seat several. The beach was literally steps away and what a wonderful uncrowded beach it is, great for surfing and playing. And to have bikes, boogie boards and a surf board included for our use was tremendous. We took advantage of all of these. The location was perfect. The owner was very helpful and accomadating. Overall it was great. We would rent here again and look forward to doing so!!!
