Use the bikes provided to ride the boardwalk, or take the 18 ft. Duffy boat out for a romantic cruise to one of the many waterfront restaurants. This property has the best of both worlds, two blocks from the beach, without all the hassle and noise of the beach goers.
Sliding pocket doors open up the living room to the patio for incredible indoor/outdoor entertaining. Large fireplace, built-in BBQ and wine cellar add to the sophistication and elegance of the home. The kitchen is state of the art, with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Thermador range, warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher, and two separate sinks.
A huge rooftop deck (over 1200 sq. ft.) awaits you for sunbathing or just soaking in the wonderful Southern California weather.

The master bedroom is probably the most romantic room you will ever stay in. With a luxury fabric lined canopy bed (King size), the room also features a walk in closet, fireplace and French doors opening up to the canal below. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, oversized steam shower with two heads, bench, body sprayers, double vanity, all with pewter faucets.
One other bedroom has a fireplace, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Two car garage, and two parking spots in front of the garage allow for up to four cars.
