Our Bear Trap Dunes Golf Villa is the perfect place for your golf and beach vacation getaway. Located in the area of Bethany Beach, Delaware, you will be greeted by a pristine championship 27-hole golf course and amenities that will take your breath away.
The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has everything you could possibly wish for on your visit to the Delaware Coast, and our Platinumn rated villa with a panoramic view of the golf course, will provide all the luxuries and comforts of home to make for a most memorable and enjoyable stay, at "Bronze" prices.
Our unit is a second-floor golf villa with a loft, has a spectatulator golf course view, and is "independently" rated as a "Platinum" property. It features two beautifully decorated full bedrooms -one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and a day bed with two singles in the loft - and comfortably sleeps six people.
This premier unit also features two full baths, a huge kithen with upgraded appliances/utensils, and a spacious eat-in breakfast alcove. The separate living room and dining area have been professionally decorated to achieve a "Platinum" rating and reflect the ambiance of the Atlantic shore.
For your convenience, Wireless Internet service is available in our home, so feel free to bring your laptop! Additionally, our home has four TVs, DVD and VCR players located throughout the villa. Guests will also find a stereo player and FM radio unit, as well as a large choice of paperback books and magazines to help you relax and unwind during your stay. The loft, in addition to providing sleeping accommodations, includes a game table for the children or adults to enjoy, with a selection of family-oriented games to choose from.
Our unit features a spectacular view of the golf course from the screened-in porch and open deck. You will thoroughly enjoy serving your meals on the screened porch while the panoramic views and breezes from the golf course add to your heightened sense of pleasure. Or, perhaps you just want to relax and take in the sun on the open deck.
Guests of our unit can also enjoy the myriad of amenities The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has to offer. They include: a heated indoor lap-sized pool, two championship-size outdoor pools, kiddie pools, large, well-appointed fitness center with Cybex-brand exercise equipment and free-weights; two saunas, and six tennis courts. The Golf Clubhouse features a first-rate golf pro shop, restaurant which serves lunch, dinner, and Sunday Brunch, and a fully-stocked bar.
The Village also offers an air-conditioned Beach Shuttle to Bethany Beach, which operates from 8 AM to 8 PM every half hour from end of June through Labor Day. The Shuttle Bus stop is just outside our unit on Willow Oak Avenue.
Our unit on Willow Oak Avenue, Village of Bear Trap Dunes, is within a few hours drive from major metropolitan cities like Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York, and the Wicomoco Regional Airport in Sailsbury, Maryland is just 35 miles away, with direct flights to Washington, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Additionally, The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is within minutes of Bethany Beach, where you can enjoy hundreds of specialty stores, great restaurants, and beautiful state parks.
