Within 5 minutes walk to the beach, this private two-level villa is one of five private villa suites located at the entrance to the Ocotal gated community and just in front of Ocotal Resort. The view is breathtaking from the beautiful, fully equipped and newly furnished five-bedroom villa suite, with its own private pool on the shaded balcony. The villa suite has three bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. In addition the mini-suite is equipped with a trundle bed and the living room sectional has a queen size sleeper. The main villa can sleep 8 to 10, and the mini suite can sleep an additional two guests. The villa has a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, dishes and utensils. The villa comes equipped with cable TV, laundry facilities, air conditioning and wireless Internet access. On the premises is a shared pool and rancho. Close by you have the Father Rooster restaurant or the restaurant facilities at the Ocotal Resort.

Reservation Policy - 50% deposit due upon confirmation of your reservation.
The final 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30-day
period, the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy – All deposits are non-refundable.
Security Deposit – Rather than collecting a security deposit in advance, a credit
card voucher will be required to be signed at check-in. This voucher will be used
to cover any missing items or damage. Special holiday rules apply.
