Welcome to "Leeward", the Lee Family's Fripp Island beach retreat. Our Marlin Drive home overlooks the Atlantic Ocean near the Eastern end of the island, with lush beach even at high tide! Take a walk on the beach, and then relax in the hot tub on Leeward's huge deck overlooking the ocean.
You'll enjoy Leeward's many amenities, which include an elevator. Leeward has only recently been made available to Fripp's rental market, and we look forward to sharing our island paradise with other families who'll appreciate this ocean front gem!

Autumn and Spring rate ..... $3500/week (Sept 15 - Dec 14), (Mar 1 - May 14)
High season (Summer) rate .. $5000/week (May 15 - Sept 14)
All rentals subject to additional 11% tax; 50% due at booking, balance 60 days out
Refundable Damage Deposit required with final payment (10% or $500 minimum)
Guest Cards available at seasonal rate (not required for kids 12 and under)
Guest Cards allow access to island amenities: pools, restaurants, golf & tennis

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have been a "Fripp Family" ever since our first visit way back in 1971! The private island is gated and offers a great family-friendly beach experience for multi-generations.

"Leeward" is fortunate not only to be ocean front - but as importantly to have actual BEACH throughout all tide phases. This really enhances the ocean front experience.

The property is owned by my parents, and enjoyed by the extended Lee family of Atlanta, GA. I assist them by handling and coordinating rentals.
My primary work is in the area of Commercial Real Estate in the greater Atlanta area. I also own/manage a small office building. I reside in the historic district just off the charming Marietta Square.
