You'll enjoy Leeward's many amenities, which include an elevator. Leeward is a new offering to Fripp's rental market, and we look forward to sharing our island paradise with other families who'll appreciate this ocean front gem!

The property is owned by my parents, Marianne and Bill Lee of Atlanta, GA. I am assisting them by handling and coordinating rentals.

We have been a "Fripp Family" ever since our first visit way back in 1971! The private island is gated and offers a great family-friendly beach experience for multi-generations.
