Location: Belltown, Seattle, Washington State, USA (Waterfront Location) View Map
Accommodations: Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
Almost 1000 square feet of relaxing, well-equipped perfection nestled at the base of the steps leading up to Pike Place Market, across the street from the Seattle waterfront, the Aquarium, and Pier 62. Finished in a décor reminiscent of Seattle’s early days, with red-bricked wall, dark wood floors, and subway-tiled bathroom.
Start the day sipping a fresh cup of French pressed coffee on the terrace while gazing upon Seattle’s waterfront as it comes alive. Take the stairs (or the elevator) up to Pike Place Market, the nation’s oldest continuously operated public farmers’ market, to take in the fascinating commotion of open-air commerce. Sample fresh-baked bread, pastries or piroshky; sample locally produced cheeses; or peruse an unmatched selection of fresh seafood.
Why pay more to stay at an ordinary hotel when you can relax in a central location while enjoying modern comforts and amenities in slightly nostalgic Old Seattle setting. The local waterfront national chain hotel's rates start at $255/night and parking is also additional.

Why the Owner Chose Belltown
We chose this location to be closer to the water as well as to provide an in-city retreat for our family, friends and business clients. We had no idea that it would be a popular home away from home for so many people. Many of our guests are repeat guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love to get up in the morning and walk the 70 steps to Pike Place Market and watch the market open for the day. I am definitely a frequent customer to the Seattle Antigue Market only 1 block away as well. Some of the touches I have added to this condo are from this same market. This location has also been a great starting point for our Seattle Seahawk games as well as our University of Washington games. The Seahawk stadium is 8 blocks away and the shuttle to the University of Washington takes about 20 minutes.
We also love to walk to the Ferry docks (6 blocks) and catch the ferry to Bainbridge Island to spend the day. Where else could you hop a ferry to an island, have a gourmet Northwest dinner and be back in Seattle?
My favorite end to the day is to have a couple pints at Kell's up at the Pike Market's Post alley location. Where else can you imbibe with both locals and Seattle visitors, listen to live Irish music, eat a bowl of Irish stew and sing some lyrics? Nothing better to end the day with!
Owner's Map of Belltown
We love this waterfront condo not only because of the location and views, but also because of the serenity. We have found this to be our in-city retreat. I took great pride in completely remodeling this home for others to enjoy as much as we have.
I have my own real estate company and interior design company and help people create roadmaps regarding real estate investments. This condo has provided more than just an investment towards our future. It has been an enlightening experience to meet people from all over the world who have chosen to be guests at our home. They have left lasting imprints on our life experience.
