Welcome to Lake Place Condos! This charming unit has been upgraded by my wonderful parents who stayed in the property while in between homes and continue to visit now that they live farther away. It is a very clean and comfortable place and since it is already furnished so well we decided to extend the location to others.

The community is 'low-key' and there are a number of seasonal renters along with owner-residents. In the evenings it is a great place to walk around and enjoy the aroma from all of the grills fired up in the individual courtyards! There is a large grill which we will extend for use during your stay of a week or more. The queen size bed is a Simmons Beauty Rest & perfect for getting a good nights rest. It is an economical choice for a trip to see family, business work week, winter season in the sun or even for a first time trip to the area.

It beats a hotel any day. It is a 2/2 condo, split floor plan. The second room is set up as an office/guestroom with a pullout sofa. The kitchen is complete and it is easy to find what you need. We hope to fill a page in the guest book with your name!

Year Purchased: 2005

We are Jeremy & Jennifer. Happily married for over 14 years. We invested in some rental properties a few years ago and this one has just stuck with us! We have enjoyed offering it to friends & family from time to time. Now, we hope to have success with it as a vacation rental. One winter season a lovely couple from Canada made it their home for two months...and that was before it was so fixed up too! We will do our best to make it as turn-key as possible for you.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

The private outdoor courtyard with grill & patio set is a great highlight to this location. It is relaxing and so nice to put your fresh catch of the day on for dinner. The location is very convenient for picking up groceries, heading out to numerous restaurants and shopping, or catching a movie with friends. City Place is close!

    • My family has stayed at this gorgeous condo twice now...and it has been absolutely great! There are many advantages to staying in this unit, like convenience to shopping and the beach. However, I must say the thing that I appreciated most is that it was extremely clean. The furnishings are tasteful and beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and are private, being separated by the living room. The courtyard has it's own palm tree and is shady and large..just perfect for grilling or just relaxing in the breeze. Our family will definitely visit again.

    • Week of 10/4/2009. Thanks for a seemless stay in West Palm. The condo was neat and clean and tastefully decorated. My stay was both comfortable and convienient. The new target, the mall and excellent choice of resturants close by. Just a $10 cab ride form the airport. And also enjoyed the beach, a short drive away. I'd recommend this one to my friends. Bobby

    • We have enjoyed several visits at this condo. It is furnished and equiped to be a long term residence. It is conveniently located to shopping areas and entertainment. The area is safe and quiet.
