  We had a wonderful 5 days in early January in this great condo. It is so close to the Heavenly gondola. We dropped the kids off each morning so that they could snowboard. Then we had the hot tub to ourselves all day long! Perfect. Each level is quite private from the next. Teenagers got the middle floor and we each had our own master suite. The kitchen was recently remodeled and very well stocked with everything you would need. Would love to return next year and find new beds in the master bedrooms. Close to casinos, shopping, Heavenly Village, Heavenly ski resort, lake, movie theaters. Easy parking space in front of unit. Great TVs on every level-all three! Tons of DVDs available. Washer & dryer inside unit. Wanting for nothing!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

  We stayed here for a girls get-a-way and used the hot tub each morning AND night. You can see the lake from the outside spa, the kitchen is spacious so you can eat well and make delicious food the entire time you are here. I loved the workout from the stairs (because this house was three story) and made it fun to go up and down! The house is very close to the casinos, lake and Tahoe town. The clubhouse has tennis courts, sauna and pool (def perk)! The listing was accurate and the photos accurately reflected the house's appearance and amenities. The house was clean and well-maintained and the owner was very helpful. He promptly answered my questions, refunded my deposit and was very nice! I would highly recommend this affordable and beautiful property!

  My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo from 8/15 through 8/24. We loved the spacious floor plan. It was great for our family of 4. The kids had their own floor/room w/bathroom. My wife and I had our own floor just off the upperdeck with the use of the wonderful hot tub each day! We have stayed in several different hotels/condos throughout Tahoe and this is our favorite. The owner, Randy, was readily available when I called him about a question pertaining to the DirectTV . He helped me resolve the issue immediately. Like I said, Cannot wait to use this Condo again!

  My husband and I as well as three of our friends stayed at this lovely townhouse for a friends wedding. The wedding was held at Edgewood Golf Course and since I was a part of the bridal party I needed to go to the venue quite a few times over the weekend. The townhouse was in a perfect location for all of the running around I had to do! I was a quick trip to the wedding venue, the casinos, the lake and everything else you might want to check out in Tahoe. I unfortunately didn't have very much down time to enjoy the townhouse fully, but my friends loved it. It was clean, updated and very comfortable. I was able to sneak away one evening to join them for a great bbq on the deck and capped off the evening with a relaxing soak in the roof top hot tub. I look forward to coming back to this townhouse again in the future!

  The owners have spent a lot of time to ensure every detail of the stay is pleasant. This property is fully equipped and is everything you can ask for in an owner-rented property. One comment is that there are a lot of stairs, so people with mobility issues should beware. Otherwise, the whole experience was flawless.

  This home is marvelous! The view from the hot tub is beautiful and the home was just as described. It is minutes away from all activities. We had a family of four and this home was more than enough for us. I would recommend this home without hesitation! Everything went very smoothly as far as the rental on the property to the refund of the deposit! We will be back next year! Thank you Randy for the lovely stay and we will be talking to you again next February!

  We just returned from a perfect long weekend in January. The condo came equipped just as advertised and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the slopes. The private hot tub was a cherry on top! The owner was very responsive and the overall experience was seamless. Try the nearby Japanese retaurant which has all you can eat sushi on Sat. nights very reasonably priced. I will be back.

  Great condo! We really enjoyed our 4 nights at end of July. The condo is quite, yet within minutes of casinos, shopping, beaches,activities. It is very, very clean, nicely updated and decorated. Pride of ownership definitely shows. The layout is perfect for 2 couples and children. It is well stocked with plates, utensils, small electrics, electronics, etc. Owners have thought about just about everything you might need. The condo development has nice amenities (pool, clubhouse with pool table, ping pong, etc.), good lighting (we arrived about 11PM due to flight delays and had no problem finding the condo or seeing where we were going). Owners was very responsive. I cannot imagine someone would be disappointed with this rental!

  Between Christmas and New Year we had a great time at this condo. Very quiet yet close to everything Heavenly has to offer. Skiing on the Nevada side was fabulous and not so crowded. Hopefully we can go back often. Maria from Berkeley

  Great Condo. Well equipped and nicely furnished. We were there for 4 nights in between Christmas and New Years. There was enough room for 4 adults and 4 children. Close to everything, slopes, casinos, shopping, groceries and restaurants.

  We had a great time in Tahoe. We really enjoyed the condo so close to everything. We could walk down to Lakeside for breakfast. Having two master bedrooms each with a bath was the best. We will definitely be returning to Tahoe again.

  The Condo was perfect for our vacation. We skied all day then cooked wonderful dinners on the grill, watched movies (in bed) or soaked in the hot tub. Perfect location, close to Heavenly Ski area as well as grocery shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended! We had a great time.

  We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The owner was very nice and responsive. The location was close to everything. There were quite a few stairs to climb, but we survived. We may be back in the winter to see the snow capped view! Thanks again.

  Loved the pool, the beaches, and the quiet surroundings. Centrally located so you can explore and enjoy everything Lake Tahoe has to offer. Hot tub and grill are added bonuses as well as the view of the lake. Actually saw the Milky way, something I have not seen in a while. Will visit again.

  Great condo. Good value. Very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the board games and movies. Hot tub was wonderful. Enjoyed using the nice gas BBQ. Well-stocked kitchen has so much more to offer than even high end resort condos. Loved our stay. Owner is easy to work with and very responsive.

  Stayed the last week of July and was very pleased with the floorplan, hot tub, and great views from the deck on the third floor. Had everything you need to cook and was a quite place to relax. Making arrangements to go back for Christmas.

  The condo is wonderful and is in the perfect location, within a mile of Heavenly, Casinos, and Safeway supermarket. The rooms were cozy, and the kichen was well-stocked. We loved the Jacuzzi on the deck. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation, and would definitely stay there again.

  We just came back from Tahoe,and had a wondeful time, we loved the property and as said on the description you won't be dissapointed, it is fully equipt in the kitchen and w/linens and towels, very clean, and the kids had a wonderful time. It is super close to the casinos and Heavenly...The owner does reply quickly with any questions you may have via e-mail or phone, we'll definetly come back. thank you so much

  This is by far one of the best places we've stayed in Tahoe. Very clean and all the upgrades really make a difference. We had a wonderful time just relaxing at the cabin during the day and at night being so close to the casinos made for a adventurous night. The view from the 3rd floor is awesome :) Thank you again!! We'll be back next year!!

  The condo worked out perfect for two couples since it has two master suites.Plenty of room for the kids if you want to bring them too! Great location near south Lake Tahoe, very close yet secluded in the woods. Great view from the upper deck and hot tub of the lake and sunset. Will definately return on our next trip to the area.

  We loved this condo. It was perfect. We spent Fourth of July weekend up in tahoe and we had a blast. The condo is well stocked with everything you could imagine. The view is awsome. We will definately be planning another trip.

  Wow! Everything and the kitchen sink! We stayed in your beautiful condo March 27-April 2 and am already planning a return trip. The weather cooperated perfectly and dropped a foot of new snow for our 10-year old to learn to ski. Food, fun, and entertainment were so close yet we could look out our window and only see nature. Thank you for a great week!

  Six of us escaped for a "girl's long weekend away" and it was perfect (no husbands, no kids). The unit was very well stocked, and accommodated us all very comfortably. The view, stars and hot tub were definitely the highlight. We're looking forward to returning annually.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at this perfectly equipped condo. We loved watching the shooting stars from the hot tub, and we were able to comfortably sleep 7 of us for a few of those days. We will be returning!!

  A perfect place for Tahoe fun. It was literally minutes from the casinos, and the unit had everything you'd need. The hot tub with lake view were perfect for soaking away a good day of skiing.
