Master bedroom has a king size bed with super mattress, private bath with dual vanities, and great lighting. Three large double closets with built in storage spaces. Private patio with separate entrance. Through two double doors off the living room you will find a queen bed, book cases, and a small office. The third guest bedroom is very sunny and is steeped in the same warm color palettes with separate bathroom and large double closet.
The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with service settings for twelve. Very cheerful ambience and colors. The living room has cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, TV, DVD player, wireless internet, plantations shutters, floor-to-ceiling mirrored walls. The extended, tiled patio just outside has a retractable awning, gas BBQ, and spectacular vistas.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The condo is located just a few footsteps from the third hole of Palmer PGA West. We regularly sit & observe the wonderful golfers at their game. The view of the Santa Rosa mountain range from the extended tile patio is absolutely stunning. Gazing the night stars from here is almost indescribable. The Bob Hope Classis gold tournament is played right before us every January, with numerous golfing & showbiz personalities. Swimming pools & hot tubs are located every 100 yards or so within this community.
