Wireless internet available. Our Bay house is located high on a bluff overlooking Bayou St. John (the south end of Perdido Bay). We look across a mile of beautiful water at Ono Island. Big deck under huge live oak trees and magnolias. 235 foot pier with roofed area at the end.
We have over seven acres of land and over 300 foot of frontage so there is much privacy. Huge great room with a wall of glass overlooking the Bay. Complete kitchen. Screen porch for outside dining or smoozing. Garage. First floor has three bedrooms, one with two twin beds, one with two queen sized beds and one with a bunk bed. Upstairs one bedroom has two twin beds and the other has two queen sized beds.
235 foot pier has shade, benches, table, fish cleaning table, ladder, water, shower, lighting, fish lights and hammock. 7 feet deep at end of pier. 10 feet of sand beach. Crab traps available.
House has linens, towels, plates, bowls, silver ware, pots & pans, microwave, and grill. Two TVs on cable. Another TV with VCR player. There is a single car garage.
This is great for families looking to spend time together fishing, swimming, crabbing, or just lying in the hammock reading a book. Say NO to high rise condos and enjoy the coast as it was meant to be.
