This new home offers a wrap around farmer's porch, sun deck with dining set, large gas grill, custom enclosed outdoor shower, and a five person built in hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring the beaches, fishing, or sightseeing. Later, take in a good movie on the new 52' HD TV.
Kitchen, bathrooms and wet bar all include granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Antique oak floors throughout and a finished basement with entertainment.
Enjoy a short walk to the conservation paths and trails (that lead to the head of Hummock Pond). Walk or bike the one mile to Main St. or a two minute walk to the nearby shuttle bus stop at the end of the road. North Shore & South Shore beaches are about two miles away in either direction.

We came to Nantucket for our honeymoon and stayed at this amazing house for a week. The house was beautiful and clean and had plenty of privacy for grilling/hanging out on the deck and on the lawn. We plan on coming back next year!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Perfect location; secluded yet accessible. The house and property are in pristine condition!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
