We purchased this home as a shell. One of the reasons we bought this property was the awesome views. Others have commented you don't see views like this except in Canada. We were able to design and used top quality products in our home.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, kitchen cart on wheel (moves to any convenient location for more counter space or use as a serving isle)and bamboo flooring. The leads to the large, spacious, cedar deck (10' x 36')included patio set with the beautiful views of the lake. Bird feeder conveniently placed so watching the wildlife is up front and personal. Dinning room has a big 8' table with 8 chairs.
Master suite has two individual sinks with 6'x6' tiled whirlpool. Master bedroom king size bed with luxurious bedding with wood fireplace 42" TV with sitting area. A walk in closet awaits your visit. Living room has 42" satellite TV which can be watched from the kitchen with a wood fireplace. This home has an open floor plan.
Lower level has 5' bar and bar mirror solid oak. Refrigerator/freezer, conventional oven/microwave, coffee maker and more. This area is excellent for entertaining. Poker table converts into eating table and/or bumper pool. Great room has leather furniture with 38" satellite TV with gas fireplace. Games, VCR/DVD's assortment available for use. Also if traveling with a baby we also have stroller, playpen, blankets, and highchair.
Come enjoy the wildlife from birds, ducks, geese, loons, trumpeter swans, deer, etc. Snowmobile trails at end of driveway. Good fishing year round.
Dogs are welcome but must stay outside in the kennel shed. No dogs are allowed in the house.
Construction was completed in April 2009. Landscaping is in process with future activities to be complete on property horseshoe, volley ball/bat mitten and children's play area. Depending on when you come these activities could be completed.

- Smoking Allowed: We have an air exchanger which exchanges the air inside the house bringing in fresh air from outside to inside as needed. Can also be turned on manually at any time with a push of a button. example running shower, whirlpool, washer/dryer etc. We do perfer you smoke outside.

$200/night (2 Night min) .. $1550-$2000/week .. $4000-5500/month
$50/week per dog not allowed in house
Damage deposit $1000 refundable
More then 8 people additional charges may apply - includes children.
Cleaning services may apply depending on condition of home on leaving.
50% due on making reservation, balance due 1 week prior to arrival-non-refundable
unless another reservation can be made on that time frame.

This home is sitting on 5.6 acres which gives us the privacy we were looking for. We can sit on the deck and watch the wildlife and listen to the loons. All the worry of the world seem to fade away while we are there.
