The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There is something to do for everyone of all ages! Our property is extremely close to the downtown district of Fountain Hills in which you can shop, dine or relax. If you enjoy golf there are numerous golf courses only minutes away. There are plenty of walking, hiking and biking trails in and around the area. A casino is a mere five minute drive. If your visiting in March, 11 Major League Baseball teams whom choose the area for spring training are only a short drive from Fountain Hills.

This was our first time using VRBO and I must say the experience was flawless. The owner's were easy to work with and very helpful before and during our stay. We were throroughly pleased with the amenities and comfort of the condo in every way. The location was quiet and convenient for us to walk to the local stores and restaurants, to access hiking and golf, and is within easy reach of major roads for touring other parts of AZ and the greater Phoenix area. If you are looking for a hot spot with lots of night life, Fountain Hills is NOT it, but Scottsdale and other "Night Life" areas are within 15 minutes.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Stayed here for 2 months, great location. The condo was VERY clean and Todd was very easy to work with. Walked to Peaks Fitness Center every morning. Close to great golfing and the Fountain. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend to family and friends. Enjoyed our stay!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

I had an excellent experience with this condo in December,2010. Todd is very attentive and easy to work with. The condo is very nicely appointed and designed very nicely. I don’t think the photos do it justice. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet and each bathroom is equally as roomy. There is a full-sized washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. You can access the outdoor covered porch from both the master bedroom and the living room. There is a dining table and chairs in part of the living room that isn’t pictured in the photo. The living room overlooks the pool area and in the morning the views of the distant mountains are terrific. (You also have a view of the parking area and garages below; just look beyond.) The pool is heated. This separates this condo from many others in the area that only heat the hot tub. The pool area has a barbeque grill and a sink area as well as table and chairs. You have a good view of the fountain from the covered eating area next to the pool. Even though we had a couple of 80 degree days during our stay, none of the permanent residents of the condo joined us using the pool, which we thought was odd. Odd though they may be, they were all friendly and outgoing. The condo is within easy walking distance of the central shopping area and the fountain. We had enjoyable dining experiences at the Saddle Bronc Grill and Phil’s Filling Station. (Coke, no Pepsi.) We enjoyed a side trip to the Apache Trail. The Fountain Hills library is very close and is an excellent facility. You can have full access for all services if you bring your 30 day or more rental agreement with you on your first visit. There is a nice museum co-located with the library. For Uber-shoppers, it’s easy to go in to Scottsdale, where you will find additional eating establishments such as the world’s famous In-N-Out Burger restaurant. If you are unfamiliar with Fountain Hills itself, just think “Mayberry 2011” and you’ve pretty much got it. Friendly people, pleasant surroundings, good weather, and simple pleasures. I hope that you enjoy your temporary stay in this excellent condo as much as I enjoyed my visit!

Very enjoyable stay. Comfortable condo close to Desert Canyon Golf course and 10 minute walk to fountain. Because we were pleased with the condo and its location, we have rented it for next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We stayed in this condo in Fountain Hills this past December 2009. We only rented a car a small amount of the time and were able to keep ourselves plenty entertained with everything we needed in walking distance. The condo is gorgeous, we loved the view. It's clean, modern, beautifully maintained, and has everything you need for a nice relaxing getaway. The owners were wonderful to work with and were readily available if we had any questions. We met a lot of nice people in the Casa Bella condo area - but also loved the people in the Fountain Hills community too. Everyone was so friendly. I would definitely stay in this condo again - we had a blast. We visited the casino which isn't too far away - but need a car for that, but just driving around was fun for us to sightsee since we're from up north. I would highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

I found this unit this past winter right here on VRBO. The photo and description of this unit were accurate but did not capture the wonderful view as seen from the living room and porch. I especially loved the kitchen which was very well stocked. The location is perfect! It is close to The Fountain, shops, library and Post Office. The owners were very helpful in providing information about the Ft. Hills area. You truly need only bring your clothes and toiletries....everything else is waiting for you. Heated pool, very nice neighborhood.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car.
