It has two levels, on the first level coming in from the 2 car garage you will find the granite counter top kitchen with viking and sub zero appliances, the main Master bedroom with master bath (jetted tub) and a two-queen bed room with bathroom, this bathroom also services the floors contemporary living room and dining areas.
Walking down the stairs you get to the next level of the house, here you will find a TV area with a beautiful view to the patio and pool, this tow areas are joined by a large double sided sliding window door. On each side of the living area we find Bedrooms, one being a master bedroom with two full beds and a master bath (w/jetted tub) on the other side of the living area we find a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom shared with the living area.
Beside the stair case their is a big laundry room with washer and dryer and lining storage area.

Year Purchased: 2007
The property is owned by my Mom and Dad, they have been married for almost 40 years and have 5 children, I´m the 3rd child. My wife and I have been married for 13 years and have 4 kids. We where all born in the State of Sonora in Mexico and enjoy playing golf and fishing, this the main reason we decided to buy a house in Cabo del Sol. Mornings our kids enjoy the larger pools inside the Puerta del Sol development and after golf or in the evening all of the family enjoys the private pool in the house. Our large family finds perfect accommodations in the houses 3 master bedrooms, Mom and Dad get to enjoy their grandkids and relax in the big open space the house has to offer.
