Why the Owner Chose Quito
Although we love to travel to different parts of the world, Quito has always been one of our favorite spots to visit as we consider it to be extremely unique, relaxing and beautiful. We also like to go there often to visit family which was another reason for us to buy a vacation home. Quito's year-round mild weather, rich colonial history and dramatic mountain setting makes it a desirable place for us to visit. Our penthouse rental is cozy, safe and has breathtaking views of the Pichincha volcano and the city. In addition to this, its location is central to everything a tourist might want or need.

I am originally from Ecuador and my wife is from Puerto Rico. We met in California where we have lived for over 40 years. We raised our son and daughter in the United States and we are now entering our retirement years and look forward to enjoying life to its fullest and exploring the globe.
