The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, two sinks, ice maker, 2 ovens, wine cooler & sub-zero refrigerator/freezer.
BEACH LEVEL
Features one full bath, bedroom with bunk beds, elevator access, beach lounge with sectional and flat screen TV. From indoor beach lounge proceed out to the outdoor living/kitchen-grilling/dining. Teak wood & white deep cushioned furniture; sofa for 4, loveseat, one chair, as well as cocktail & end tables. This mesmerizing covered all weather outdoor living space includes granite covered cabinets, large sink, refrigerator, & 48 inch outdoor built-in gas grill. Shower for rinsing as well.
MAIN LEVEL
Features kitchen, living, full bath, dining, bar, second master suite, sitting area, and outdoor covered balcony off of living. The King size French made Flou bed is decadent & luxurious. Elevator access.
THIRD LEVEL
Featuring the Grand Master Suite! Floor to ceiling glass walls framing nothing but the majestic ocean. White linen drapes provide privacy when desired. Words can not describe this calming sophisticated room! The master bed is a king size French made Linet Roset platform bed that you will not want to get out of. In addition, a white Linet Roset convertible love seat that converts to full size bed complimenting the all white white linen drapes that puddle on the black bamboo wood floors laid throughout the home. Master bathroom is complete with dual vanities, shower, Jason Air Massaging bath tub, & wall of windows allowing all natural light.
Guest bedroom includes a Queen sized bed with luxurious linens & dual night stands as well as, an American Leather convertible twin bed/chair. Also includes, two walk in closets and wall mounted flat panel LCD television with cable. Guest bath features tub, shower, dual handmade glass tile sinks & backsplash for a colorful, eclectic, & stylish look. Elevator access.
Fourth Level
Features elevator access, flex room for exercising, meditation/yoga, & optional sleeping. Access to private roof top terrace to enjoy the stunning ocean & moon light views as well as private sun bathing.
Kitchen bar seating for 4 is open to living area as well as dining area which accommodates 6.
The adjoining open living room features 50 inch Pioneer Elite flat screen television, B&K receiver, Comcast/cable/Tivo, surround sound, Wi-Fi & internet. A huge custom sectional accommodates an entire family plus 2 designer arm chairs. The white linen drapes are a striking contrast to the black wood bamboo floors!
From living room make your way out to one of the 2 tranquil covered balconies with seating for 4 on each level.
This property is professionally managed so you can be assured of first class guest services provided by local staff. 24/7 daily maid service available upon request. No pets and no smoking.
