Maison de Soleil is a 4 story glass, concrete, stainless steel, warm contemporary Gulf Front masterpiece containing 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, Destiny by the Sea vacation home that features a private elevator, huge 4th floor roof top sun deck, large Gulf Front wrap around balconies, fully equipped gourmet kitchen (Sub-zero, Wolf, Fisher & Paykel), top quality designer luxury furniture, spacious and expansive rooms, very open, warm but contemporary through out, stunning floor to ceiling windows, and Gulf Front ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, two sinks, icemaker, 2 ovens, wine cooler & Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer.
1st Floor:
Features one full bath, bedroom with bunk beds (2), beach lounge with sectional and flat screen TV. From indoor beach lounge proceed out to the outdoor living/kitchen-grilling/dining. Teak wood & white deep cushioned furniture; sofa, loveseat, chair, as well as cocktail & end tables. This mesmerizing covered all weather outdoor living space includes granite covered cabinets, large sink, refrigerator, & 48 inch outdoor built-in gas grill. Outdoor shower for rinsing as well.
2nd Floor:
Features kitchen, living, full bath, dining, bar, and outdoor covered balcony off of living. Kitchen bar seating for 4 is open to living area as well as dining area which accommodates 6. The adjoining open living room features 50 inch Pioneer Elite flat screen television, B&K receiver, Comcast/cable/TiVO, surround sound, Wi-Fi & internet. A huge custom sectional accommodates an entire family plus 2 designer armchairs. The white linen drapes are a striking contrast to the black wood bamboo floors! From the living room, make your way out to one of the 2 tranquil covered balconies with seating for 4 on each level. You can also find the second master with a King (2), sitting area, and full bath. The King size French made Flou bed is decadent & luxurious. Elevator access.
3rd Floor:
Featuring the Grand Master Suite with a King (2)! Floor to ceiling glass walls framing nothing but the majestic ocean. White linen drapes provide privacy when desired. Words cannot describe this calming sophisticated room! The master bed is a king-size French made Linet Roset platform bed that you will not want to get out of. In addition, a white Linet Roset convertible love seat that converts to full size bed complimenting the all white linen drapes that puddle on the black bamboo wood floors laid throughout the home. Master bathroom is complete with dual vanities, shower, Jason Air Massaging bathtub, and wall of windows allowing all natural light.
Guest bedroom includes a Queen sized bed (2) with luxurious linens & dual night stands as well as an American Leather Convertible twin bed/chair. Also includes, two walk in closets and wall mounted flat panel LCD television with cable. Guest bath features tub, shower, dual handmade glass tile sinks & backsplash for a colorful, eclectic, & stylish look. Elevator access.
