Welcome to THE RIVER JEWEL in beautiful Three Rivers, California. We are located at the entrance of Sequoia National Park. We are pleased to offer our two private, new riverfront suites. If you want the one of the best riverfront experiences, this is it with a series of private waterfalls and pools on the Main Fork of the Kaweah River.
Hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy all that nature has to offer in an exclusive riverfront suite. There are two separate suites to choose from and they are immaculate. Each has unique decor and includes special amenities such as fresh fruit,gourmet coffee,organic toiletries,and much more. Spend the evening gazing at the star studded sky on your private patio overlooking the Kaweah River. This is truly a glorious spot with the sounds of the river as background music for your stay. We strive to make your stay a relaxing, secluded, elegant experience.
The private suites boast a large double headed shower for two( Kaweah Gem), luxurious cal king bed, kitchenette, BBQ, games, small library, satellite TV and music. Please see our web site listed below for more photos.
We offer a complimentary bottle of wine with a three night stay. The River Jewel offers spectacular, riverfront lodging in a private, peaceful setting.
Enjoy one of the best and most private swimming spots in the area. Historians know this spot as 'Livingston's swimming hole'. Step out your door to a private river paradise that includes a waterfall and 'the lagoon'. For your enjoyment are lounge chairs and a hammock on the bank of the river as well as an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Relax as the sounds and sights of nature surround you. We also provide bicycles for your use. There is a quaint little bakery and restaurant within walking distance.
Hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding and boating are among the activities that are available close by. Many come to The River Jewel and just relax, nap, stargaze and enjoy nature.

We had the good fortune to stay in the Kaweah Gem suite during our stay in Three Rivers; I never wanted to leave. The property is as described, only much better. It is beautiful and immaculate, reflecting the owners' care and attention to protecting the environment surrounding their property as well as the well-being of their guests. The views of the river are wonderful and the swimming even better. There are many places to sit and enjoy the view and the wonderful sound of the river rushing by - including inside your room. We particularly loved the shower with its views of the river and the small sitting areas along the walk to the swimming hole. I cannot recommend The River Jewel too highly. We would return any time - and we intend to soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you so much for an amazing few days at your wonderful suite. The view is simply breathtaking! We spent so much of our time playing in the river. My husband and I were visiting from Michigan and planned on staying near the entrance to Sequoia National Park. This listing was four miles from the south entrance to the park, so we booked a two night stay, mostly for convenience. We had NO IDEA what a beautiful place this would prove to be and left far too soon! The suite was tastefully decorated and luxurious and we felt welcomed, relaxed and pampered. We were pleasantly surprised at what an excellent setting this was on the river and how large and secluded it was! This spot on the river is absolutely beautiful! Great care was taken by the owners to landscape many different areas along the riverbank for visitors to relax and enjoy a private and peaceful setting. Whether we were sitting in the river reading a book, sunbathing on the large rocks in the middle of the river or the comfy reclining chairs, or eating dinner on an umbrella table, we were blessed! The sound of the river, the glow of the fire in the "fire pit" and the twinkling of the stars was the perfect ending for days exploring Sequoia National Park. You know it's a great vacation when you find you have to pull yourself out of an awesome river to visit a beautiful mountain vista! I wish we had scheduled more time! The owners were pleasant to work with and were gifted in hospitality. I hope we have an another opportunity to visit someday. We would stay longer, for sure! What a blessing!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Nature done in style is how Yvonne described it. Every setting you have here is so romantic and secluded. We felt like each was a different scene from a cialis commercial. What an amazing place! Got engaged on the beach across the river- perfect start to a perfect weekend. Drank wine by the fire, grilled dinner, coffee in the sun chairs, swam in the river and laid out on the rocks. About the owner: We are blessed to live in such a beautiful area with Sequoia Park just 10 minutes up the road. We have lived here for 30 years and are pleased to offer our new accomodations to travelers. We strive to make your stay a relaxing, secluded, elegant experience.

We believe that this is the VERY BEST riverfront spot in Three Rivers and want to share this hidden gem with others. Now that our children are grown and gone, we have put our energy into creating a spotless, private, unique and restful spot for guests to enjoy. We want your suite to be a home away from home! All of our guests only have one regret; and that is that they cannot stay longer. Some guests come with the intention to spend all of their time in Sequoia Park but once they arrive, they have a hard time tearing themselves away from our breathtaking spot.
