About the owner: We are an English/ American family with three children.
Why the Owner Chose Other Sarasota Properties:
We had lived in Sarasota for four years when we found this beautiful bayfront lot. My husband is a property developer so we had the house built in 2000 as our main family residence to our specification and not just for a vacation rental. Work/family commitments took us back to the UK, but we still visit beautiful Sarasota and our home whenever we can.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love coming back to visit our home with its spectacular sunsets and water views. We find that the house is very convenient for a variety of local beaches, Siesta Beach being our favourite. The house is ideally located for access to all the shopping and restaurants that Sarasota has to offer. We really hope you will love staying at our house as much as we do.
