Woodhaven's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a 34,000 square foot clubhouse with dining room, snack bar, pro shop, exercise room (treadmills, elipticals, and weights), steam room and massage services and men's and women's locker rooms. In addition, there are eight tennis courts (4 lighted) and a tennis shop. The development offers 4 pools and spas conveniently located at each corner.

Why the Owner Chose Woodhaven
We found our "spot in the sun" the first time we first visited Woodhaven. We love the privacy our condo offers and at the same time, the sense of community that exists there. The mix of full-time residents, snowbirds and seasonal renters creates a friendly, cross generational environment. We wanted a "wind-free" place close to restaurants and shopping; privacy; facilities and activities that would appeal to our family; classy but not pretentious and not age-restricted. We found everything we wanted in a vacation home at Woodhaven.
