Additionally, you need an experienced local management team that can provide on-island support. Our management company is a Wailea-based company that has been servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge Services.
As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost).
In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched. There’s even a 24-hour manager on duty.
The bottom line is you get VRBO pricing with the peace of mind of a proven local guest services team.

I have stayed in Makena Surf F104 many years. This is the best location for a condo on the entire island. It really does have 270 degree views of the ocean due to the fact that it is on the ground level and it is out a bit from the rest of the development. AMAZING!
