Share my 2000 sq foot 3 bedroom home. This house has been completely renovated to the highest level. I am a single professional male making available the private 3rd floor. The third floor has 2 private bedrooms rooms and a full bath for your comfort & privacy. All linens, blankets, pillows and towels are supplied. You have full shared access to the rest of the house. It is only shared with myself and no other guests. Enjoy the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, front porch with barbeque and back yard patio, also with a barbeque and fire pit.

Weekday renters share off-street parking in the driveway. Weekend renters have plenty of safe on street parking.

The location is walking distance to everywhere. One block from Hominy Grill, Lana, Fuel restaurants, two blocks from Trattoria Lucca, three blocks to King Street. Grocery store is six blocks away.

This is not a party house it is more like a bed and breakfast but I only provide coffee (LOL).

We couldn't think of anywhere else we would rather stay - we walked everywhere, ate everywhere and loved the apartment.

    • What a great place to stay in Charleston! This home has been redone from top to bottom... beautifully preserved orginal hard wood floors, custom stainless appliances, marble counter tops, wireless internet and so much more. The front porch is great for people watching and just relaxing. Kevin was a wonderful host offering entertainment venues, restaurants suggestions and places to see. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. Hope to stay there again sometime! Thanks Kevin!

    • This property was not only very beautiful, but in a convenient upper King Street location. The patio area is just wonderful for relaxing. Kevin was extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend staying and enjoying his properties.
