This apartment is beautiful! We had 3 adults and 2 kids, plus 2 dogs and we fit perfectly. The bakery is very convenient, and having several restaurants within walking distance was a plus.

My family and i just recently spent Thanksgiving week in Charleston. We found the unit to be very nice, it was of the pre-cival war era which made for a most special stay. the unit had been totally upgraded with all of the latest comforts and conveniences, but still kept that old southern charm. the unit was within easy walking access of the old town district where we toured, dined and shopped. We are looking forward again to returning sometime next spring.

We enjoyed our stay here over a weekend. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house is spacious, not cluttered at all. It is a charming place and is a nice walk into town. A couple great restaurants around the corner, Lana's and Hominy Grill.

The location was great. The beds were fabulous! However, the sofa bed was not acceptable. No one could sleep on it. Wish I would have known to bring wash rags. There was only 1 for 6 women. The towels were plentiful and were great! Did not really find maps and menus in the house. Could not wash dishes because no soap. Coffee pot worked great! I would not say you could walk everywhere from the apartment. Some parts of the neighborhood were a little scary. Charleston was fabulous and much more than we expected!

Six discerning ladies from Northern Virginia traveled to Charleston for a weekend getaway. We found the condo to be as described in the property description....clean, updated, many details attended to - hooks, mirrors, lights - all where they should be, great quality bedding & beds, nicely stocked kitchen. Loved that the condo is right above a delicious pastry shop & that it is an easy walk to fabulous restaurants & shopping. The roof top patio was a hit - lovely view of the area, great place for morning coffee or to start the evening. Thanks for offering such a great property!! There will undoubtedly be return visitors from this group.

My friends and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Very nice house-hard woods floors, comfortable beds, fabulous bathrooms, cute patio, nice kitchen with marble counters. Parking wasn't an issue even during a busy labor day weekend...there was plenty of parking on the street right in front of the house. It was perfect for walking everywhere during the day, but I'd suggest driving or taking a cab at night if ladies are in heels. Overall, wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charleston! The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood, it was very clean and spacious. It was the perfect location for a weekend getaway and there was a great bakery below the apartment which was convenient. The location wasn't far from Folly Beach and it was just a short cab ride from Market Street. I would recommend this apartment for couples or for a girl's trip.

The stay in Charleston was the final week of a 3 week vacation trip. The week in SC was centered around my brother's wedding. This location proved perfect. Spring Street offered quick access to all of my brother's wedding activities and the Fourth of July holiday events. All the essentials were a few blocks away or a short drive. The town provided easy directions to many beaches (we choose Folly Beach were my parents stayed- it was perfect!). I suggest taking a carriage ride and the Harbor Tour combination. Both tours sufficiently summed up the wealth of history in Charleston and were relaxing. Some other activities we found to be pleasurable were lunch at Hominy Grill and Aromas, strolling down Market Street and Church Street, and relaxing in Battery Park. Kevin and Mark were gracious renters. They greeted us with milk, butter and OJ in the fridge. The laundry room even had some soap provided- even though we had packed our own. The house on Spring Street was a perfect place for us adults and our kids.
