The steam shower after a cold morning skiing, the beautiful kitchen with every utensil you could use, the large living room, hot tub at sunset, and a hop skip and a jump from Powderhorn all made this home the perfect getaway for us. We had three families with young children and it was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying at this home, you will not be dissappointed.

This cabin sits at the entrance to the Grand Mesa and is a great location to be away from lots of population but still have many acitivies close by. We visited in the summer. Went up on the Mesa a couple of times, saw a bear on one occassion. Went to Grand Junction and Monument National Park. Drove over to the north rim of the Black Canyon. After each excursion we were able to return to a comfortable and modern cabin. We enjoy cooking and most times in a rental this can be challenging. Not here. We had many utensils available which made our planned recipes more fun and easy. It also had a nice view and plenty of light. That being said we had a great time.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our stay was very relaxing! The cabin fit three families very well. The view was spectacular! The kitchen was well equipped to fix meals, and the kids all loved the pool table, wii, and hot tub. We plan to visit again sometime. The Mesa is a wonderful place for hiking and outdoor fun.
