As you walk in there is a full kitchen with island. Top of the line appliances and fully stocked with cooking utensils. The foyer, kitchen & dining area are hardwood floors. The dinning table is huge and will seat 10 folks. There is also a front porch and small back deck. Carpeted living room with fireplace and views of mountains & golf course. Main bedroom with full bath and there is also a full laundry room. Downstairs has a kids room with sofa sleeper, full bath and two bedrooms. The kids room has captain bunk beds with a trundle bed. There is also a large closet for storage. The beds are all new and very comfortable. House is professionally decorated and has five flat screen T.V.'s that are mounted to the walls. There is also free WI-FI, so bring the lap tops. Sol Vista ski area is great for beginners and family's. They just finished building the new base area with ski rentals, restaurant and bar. You can put your skis on and ski down to the lift! There is also snowmobile rentals in grand lake and winter park. Or a short drive to Hot Sulpher springs for 22 hot pools.

I install home theaters and home security systems. I like to mountain bike and spend time with my family. I'm also very good with tools and real estate is my side hobby.
Why the Owner Chose Sol Vista
This area has so much to do! The Winters are great for skiing and other out door sports. We use the place spring through fall for golf, biking and tennis.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I like the quality of the house and the floor plan. The kids love the downstairs play room and bed room. The adults usually hang out in the kitchen. It's very quiet and we sleep so well in the new beds!
