Why the Owner Chose Empress
Destin Florida is absolutely our favorite beach in the country to visit. It is a short drive from our hometown in Alabama and there is nothing better than waking up to the Gulf Water and the breeze coming off the beach! There are a plethora of upscale dining and shopping options within a five minute drive and we are avid golfers - our favorite golf courses are Seascape Resort and Emerald Bay in Destin.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We truly enjoy walking right down to the Whales Tail and gaining access to the areas largest beach while being close to bathrooms and a great locals favorite bar. Of course, the swimming pool is great for when we bring the kids down and the Empress is a weekly only building so there is a different atmosphere - quieter than most condos with less traffic in and out.

We have owned our Penthouse at the Empress since the building was first built. Over the last year we have totally refurnished the unit and upgraded many of the features with top of the line furnishings to ensure that you have a great experience in our condo.
