We invite you to come and stay in our custom built home built for fun. For your entertainment we offer a pool table, ping pong table, bumper pool/card table, board games, and paddle games. Practice your putting on our beachfront putting green and as members of The Los Suenos Marriott golf club, we will be happy to get you a discounted rate and free use of golf clubs.
Beach games include bachi ball, smash ball, track ball, Frisbee, gooney golf and beach volleyball. Surfboards, boogie boards and surf lessons are available. These are just some of the reasons you'll never want to leave here.
The house is all natural with stone, slate and granite throughout. Stained glass windows and fine Costa Rican art are seen throughout the house. The furniture was custom built or carved in our own wood shop. There is a 52 inch TV with a DVD library. There is also a separate sitting area with many books.
There is nothing quite like opening your glass sliding doors and walking right onto the beach. This unique house is unlike any house you've ever seen.
Our large community pool has an attached kiddie pool.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Having a beachfront home with mountain views in Costa Rica is a dream come true. Hearing the waves and being right on the beach is great. Surfing behind the house and walking the beach as well as having a huge community pool are never taken for granted. Our community is gated and secure. We are far enough away from everything and close enough to be where we need to go in a short time. The town of Jaco Beach is just 10 minutes away by car. There you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and everything you may want or need. What more can be said.

Amazing house, literally on the beach (strong/large surf out front), with tons of stuff to keep everyone busy. Putting green, pool table, poker table, intense DVD collection, great kitchen, yoga room, AC in every room. The place had it all. Wonderful owner, very friendly family. If you're heading down the Playa Hermosa or Jaco, definitely stay in this compound.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

I am an attorney from Miami. I stayed at this house and it was beautiful! We surfed, played bocci ball, walked on the beach, fished, swam in the pool and ate great meals. The house is as beautiful as any mansion in Miami and directly on the beach. The owner made us capuccino every morning! We had a great time. Thanks Marco and Ingrid!
