COTTONWOOD CANYON CONDO has all the comforts of home and more in this beautifully appointed 5 BR 5 Bath vacation townhouse located just minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton ski areas. Perfect for ski vacations, family reunions or any large group outing to Salt Lake Valley and the Wasatch Mountains. Seating for as many as 15 in the Huge kitchen with large island ...all new appliances and granite counters.
Each bedroom is a "suite" with queen bed its own tile and granite bath. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub for 2! There is a separate living room area with 50" plasma TV and cozy hearth/fireplace, and a sofa bed with inflatable Simmons mattress. Private hot tub and Weber BBQ grill on the oversize back deck.
The finished basement level (5th bedroom) has TV/Game room with XBOX and FOOSBALL as well as a twin over full bunk bed, day bed with trundle. Garage parking for 2 vehicles and on site for 2 more. There is an overflow parking lot available in the complex.
Located between the canyon roads which access above mentioned ski areas. Short walk to bus stop for shuttle to ski areas, if needed. Five blocks from a full service grocery store (ask us about provisioning your kitchen pre-arrival).
An easy 30 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons ski areas. Just 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. Allow us to recommend great restaurants at all price points nearby.

Located in Cottonwood Heights near Sandy, on the road between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, this is a fabulous place to stay. Very clean and well-appointed with plenty of room. You won't regret staying at this home from home.

This home more than met our expectations. We had a family reunion with 13 people, 5 were children. Everyone slept comfortably and privately. The kitchen is a spacious gathering place and very well equipped for lots of fun cooking. The mountainview out the windows is spectacular. Clearly, all the furnishings were carefully chosen and are well maintained. The bed linens and plentiful towels were fresh and the entire home was spotless. We were very pleased and would certainly return again.

I normally don't give 5 star reviews but this place truly deserves it. The description and photos do not do this place justice. My family and i have stayed in this complex on several occasions and this is by far the best unit. We stayed with another family of four (eight total) and the unit felt very spacious and comfortable. Anything and everything is there for you to enjoy. The location is perfectly situated between the canyons so it is an easy drive to the best skiing Utah has to offer. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. I hope to meet them some day and shake their hands. Well done!

My family of five had a great stay. The accomodations were ideal. Five bedrooms with full bathrooms for each room! The townhouse was very clean and well appointed. Excellent gathering areas with areas for privacy as well. The kids fully enjoyed the foosball table and X-Box, while the adults grilled and relaxed on the back deck. Proximity to outdoor pursuits is very convienient. Gondola ride, mountain biking, hiking, alpine slides, free concerts and shopping make this destination very distinctive. Also ony thirty minutes from Park City. We cannot wait for our winter vacation that we have already booked at this townhouse.

We have stayed and this condo twice now, summer and winter. 20 minutes from airport and 10 minutes to 4 ski Alta / Snowbird / Brighton / Solitude. The place was spotless, with all amenities. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Hot tub was great. The owners were very accomodating and helpful.
