This upscale condo is located across from Beaver Creek and an easy 10 minute drive to Vail. The building is located on the Eagle river with a bike/walk/run path. Priced at a fee much lower than comparable rentals in Beaver Creek and Vail.Vail is a 10 minute drive away. The hot springs pool at Glenwood Springs is only a 50 minute drive. The town of Avon and nearby areas offer numerous restaurants, shopping, entertainment and other amenities. A beautiful outdoor spa is on premises (a pleasure after skiing, biking, hiking, etc.). Warm weather season is wonderful as is the world famous nearby ski areas of Beaver Creek, Vail and Arrowhead. This is a great area in the Colorado mountains.

Why the Owner Chose Avon
We bought the condo for our own use. As, we do not ski anymore - we enjoy the condo in the Spring, Summer and Fall. We have been going to Florida in the winter time. So, we decided to rent the condo for the winter.Avon is an ideal location. It is close to Beaver Creek, a short ride to Vail and a quick trip to Glenwood Springs. The town is very friendly and has all the amenities you can enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is on the walk/bike path along the Eagle river. The location is beautiful. We also enjoy going to Glenwood Springs (only 50 minutes away on I-70) through the most beautiful Glenwood Canyon. There is a huge hot mineral springs pool in Glenwood, offering year around swimming and soaking.

We are senior citizens having stayed here the past 2 ski seasons for several months at a time. Located directly across from Bear Lot making it convenient for ski slopes, upscale condo well maintained with heated garage and quick response time from owners if any issues.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband, young son and I stayed here and had a lovely time. The condo was everything it said it was. It was very comfortable with all the amenities needed and very clean. The condo is located very conveniently to shops, restaurants, Vail and Beaver Creek. We could park adjacent to the living room & use the patio door as a walk-out to the car. The building had a luggage cart as well. Lots of space inside. The owner was in constant contact whenever we had questions prior to our stay. Deposit was returned promptly. We'll definitely want to return again.
