An enchanting 4 bedroom/2 and a half bath beach home located directly on the sand merely yards from the sea.... One starts to expect a nightly water show at sunset led by the dolphins and usually followed up by a seal or two as the finale. Mermaid spotting will take a little more time and patience....
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate guest cottage/half bath attached to the garage. The master bedroom and guest room each have Queen beds. The second guest room has twin beds and a full bed can be found in the outside cottage.
There is a large kitchen that is ideal for entertaining, and the living room has a flat screen television, cable TV, and a DVD player perfect for curling up on the comfy sofa and watching a movie at night with the waves crashing in the background. And wireless internet is available throughout the house so you can stay in touch with the outside world (if you even want to) while you're in your ocean oasis. There is a large deck for entertaining, an outside shower, kayaks, beach chairs and towels galore - all you need is a swimsuit.....

The Unique Benefits at this House
I love being at The Mermaid Cottage as I am surrounded by almost everything I hold dear while at the same time being able to hear my favorite sound (outside of 'mom') which is the ocean......The serenity found at the Serena cove which is our beautiful Padaro Beach is unlike any other beach I have ever experienced. It is rarely crowded, often I see only one other person walking but it can also can be filled with kids and laughter within mere hours.....both of these sensations rate high on my Richter scale of life......

I'm an extremely optimistic beach loving gal (and I use the word 'gal').....My family comes first in my book overall with the ocean as a very close second. I have been in the music business all of my life and still love it. As a matter of fact, I have a passion for many things in life and an extreme curiosity about what is around the next bend.
