Luxury villa in the rustic area, 270 m2 fully furnished and equipped, 1600 m2 plot, garden and pool maintenance, security guard. Children and animals welcome. Quiet and ecologicaly clean area out of the city hell, but next to all ameneties.

Villa, 4 Beds, sleeps up to 10-12.Double + en suite + sofa bed for children.Double bedroom with circular bed + en suite+puff-bed+open terrace.Twin bed “library” with books in 6 languages. + big terrace(solarium.Single with fold out of wall bed. + single bed+bathroom.

Massive lounge with beatiful shape, opens onto garden, large lawn with “Breakfast Terrace”, sea view (5km.(Mijas,Beautiful Andalucian village with many attractions plus restaurants etc) 1.2 km up hill. Horse riding Mountain bikes nearby) Shower room.

Kitchen opens from lounge with Dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave fridge freezer, radio, coffee machines. (+essential spices, salt pepper etc). Utility room with washing machine and iron.

Pool with 10 sunbeds. Room for three cars, Housekeeper on site (big garden)
No aircond but beds on cool, east side, double walls, fans provided. . Mijas is 650 metres above sea level, therefore cooler than coast.

Towels, linen, soap, WC paiper provided. 30% booking,balance 8 weeks before arrival. Breakage deposit 350euros.From this year: air conditioning or heating optional-100euros/week. Rates are for 8 persons. 75 euros/week/person over 8.
