Our home is superior in quality, newly remodeled and professionally decorated and furnished. It is very spacious and features 9 foot ceiling with expansive windows to capture maximum sunlight and views. Relax after a fun filled day in front of the wood burning fire place and enjoy the views of the slopes from the balcony.
The Fully Equipped Kitchen features Granite Counters and Professional Appliances. The Dining Room Seats (6) with (3) additional seats at the Eating bar off the Kitchen/ Great Room.
The Master Bedroom features a King Bed and Private Balcony. There is a Queen Guest Bedroom and Third Bedroom with a Full/ Twin, extra long bunk bed perfect for kids and teens. A Queen Convertible Sleeper is in the Living Room. The bedrooms share 2 separate full baths and there is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit.
For enjoyment there is a total of (3) TV’s/ DVD Players in the common area and bedrooms along with a Stereo , Bose Ipod Docking Station, Movies, Video games, puzzles and games to make you feel right at home.
Local and Free Long Distance Phone service is provided ( US and Canada) as well as Wireless Internet Service. Free parking is provided for one car on site. Relax in the Year Around Heated Pool, Hot Tubs and Sauna after a day of winter or summer sports.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Vail
We chose Sun Vail because it offered one of the best locations in Vail for it's convenience to the slopes, Lionshead and Vail Village. This unit is an end unit with southern exposure which makes it sunny and spacious and feels much more like a home than a condominium. The wood fireplace makes it so very cozy and warm when it's cold outside and snow is falling. It was ideal for family vacations and the hot tubs and pool were a perfect amenity for relaxing after a great day of skiing or other activities.

Sun Vail is named appropriately because it's southern exposure provides maximum sunshine literally from sun up to sun down. It is one of the few Vail locations with incredible views of the Mountain and the Eagle Bahn Gondola. It provides such a cozy atmosphere that is a must on cold winter nights.
