We purchased this unit because it was on the quiet south end of New Smyrna Beach, it is nice and private, yet conveniently located to everything.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love walking on the beach in the early morning or sitting on the beach as the sun sets in the evenings. We have had the pleasure of seeing the giant sea turtles lay their eggs as well as seeing the eggs hatch and the little turtles darting to the water. Adjacent to the Chadham on the inter-coastal waterway is a small county park where you can enjoying seeing Manatees most days.
