Located just 10 minutes south of the I-10 near Goodyear it is close to Spring Training Baseball facilities, dining, shopping and The Estrella Mountain Ranch - Jack Nickalaus II Golf Course. Tennis courts, playgrounds, and lakes are within walking distance. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and of course swimming in your private play pool. There is a BBQ Grill, patio furniture and a fire pit for the cool winter nights in the backyard. Other community amenities including the fitness center may be available on request.

We love swimming in the pool, playing golf, or going shopping or out to eat in Goodyear. The community is close to Phoenix and less than an hour drive away from anything you would want to enjoy there including casinos, pro sports, and etc.
