LAKEFRONT! Dreamy lake home with all the amenities of home! Lakefront with double-decker dock and a place to park your boat! Great yard with hammocks, plenty of room for playing on this lot and a half.

Our home is decorated with a "Pottery Barn" look and you will love to come relax here! Large open living area with big screen TV including Satellite, cable, Surround sound, and DVD player plus a library of DVDs. Dining room with huge table seating 8 and room for 12+ with other chairs. Kitchen is fabulous for the cook with tons of counter space, ceramic cook top range, extra deep stainless sink, and counter depth refrigerator. Kitchen bar seats 6 and open to the living and dining.

Need to know about the sleeping areas? Master bedroom over looks the lake. King size bed with TV and desk. Private master bath with garden tub and separate shower, lots of counter space. Huge master closet. BR #2 has 2 sets of extra long bunk beds - sleeps 4 plus plenty of room on the floor for other mattresses if needed. Nintendo system and TV in BR 1 as well. Also DVD for extra place to watch movies. Large closet with dresser inside. BR #3 has 2 twin beds, desk, large closet. PLUS a sleeper couch and a loveseat and oversize chair in the living room - all great places for napping as well!

We have a Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and storage space - and an attached garage with 2nd refrigerator and plenty of space to store your vacation stuff!

Our home is in a gated lakefront subdivision with a clubhouse close by including pool, tennis courts, playground, lakefront park, and boat ramp.

We are only 10 minutes from town - grocery stores and Wal-Mart easily accessible. If you want to eat out - visit one of the many restaurants in Seven Points or Gun Barrel City. Movie theatre 10 minutes from the house as well as a game arcade and laser tag.

  • This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a small family reunion and was very comfortable and caught several catfish. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was very guiet. The owners have made this place very welcoming and friendly, even putting artificial logs out to use in the fireplace. Highly recommend. The price was great also.

  • This is a great place to just go and relax. My favorite places are the porch swing, the boathouse swing and the hammock. You can just feel yourself unwind the further you get away from Dallas. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. It is just like home!

  • We have great memories of sitting peacefully on the big porch swing, laying in the hammock and taking in the beautiful view of the lake. This house is very kid-friendly and has room for all of their friends, too! The kitchen space is great for families looking to keep down costs by eating in, grilling out or just snacking all day! Our family had a wonderful, relaxing getaway vacation at this warm and comfy lakehouse.

  • This is a get-away you will never forget or regret. You will enjoy peace while gazing at the water from the huge porch or patio. The warm, welcoming open living area is designed for open gatherings and the decor makes you feel right at home. There is also plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy. From porch swings to lake amenities to the huge inviting window views - you could not choose a better place to enjoy.

  • If you are looking for a getaway, THIS is it !! Totally relaxing, I could have spend my entire time in that swing on the porch. The home is very roomy, and has a warm homey feel. And the view is awesome with the big picture windows overlooking the lake. We had a great time.
