Our 3 bedroom villa w/studio is right on the stunning Puerto Aventuras Main Marina… just a five minute walk from the beach in any direction. Beaches are white powdery sand just what you expect to see and feel on the Caribbean!

The spacious beach home set on three levels has all you need and more for the most dreamy and relaxing of vacations. The entire house is decorated with upscale comfortable furnishing. Each one of the 3 bedrooms and studio are fully equipped with it own full bath.
There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the first floor and another on the upper level. Both master suites have spectacular marina and ocean views.

There are multiple areas for relaxation, with 2 living rooms and very comfortable sofa beds, a private pool, equipped with sun loungers. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with large oven. Dinning area equipped with large dining table with space for eight people. You also have the choice of eating on the patio area, great for eating out doors enjoying the ocean breeze.

Beaches:
The development includes three major protected bays and an inlet all covered by powder white sand. Because of the low density and the distribution of this area our beaches will never be crowded granting privacy and leisure in spite of high season hotel occupancy.

The main beach area is in the central part of the resort on Fatima Bay with over 1.5 miles of Beach front. As with all of the beaches at Puerto Aventuras, Fatima Bay is child friendly and with shallow waters, it is one of the safest beaches on the Caribbean coast.

A smaller bay to the north host small bed & breakfast operations.
Chac Hal Al
Inlet and beach front on the south side of the resort is the most exclusive natural reserve.
The Puerto Aventuras Marina is a World Class full service "Deep Draught" Marina. The PA Marina is a full service facility that offers dockside area for private tents and direct access from the dock to every single private slip. It accommodates yachts with full service power boxes for vessels up 100 feet and 9 foot draft.
