The kitchen has all new granite and stainless steel appliances. The best place to spend time is on the balcony, which is accessed from both bedrooms or the living room area.
No need to pack lots of clothes, your full sized washer and dryer makes life easy. The kitchen has everything you could hope for with the side by side refrigerator, full range, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessities of home.
You will enjoy the attention of the pool valets and servers attending to your every wish. Or if you choose, swim up to the pool bar and place your order. Take advantage of the gym and spa, play tennis at one of the 5 lighted tennis courts, or play golf at one of the nearby championship golf courses. After a hard day of world class fishing or golfing, relax in one of the 5 lighted hot tubs and enjoy the view of the ocean and the rocks of Land's End.

We were one of the first buyers at Villa La Estancia. We picked out our condo for the lovely view of the pools, the ocean and lands end beyond. We love this ownership resort for the excellent service and luxurious surroundings. We never get tired of visiting our home away from home.
