  Just got back from a wonderful week at this Grand Beach property. 11 family members in total ranging in age from 1 to 73. Everyone fit very comfortably with extra beds to spare if we'd had a larger group. Good size living space with a sun room that doubled as play room for the kids. Wifi was nice to have. We spent most of our time at the pool or down by the beach though. The property is very close to the beach...less than a block. Beautiful sandy beaches with just enough rocks for the 2 year old to throw continuously into the water. Breathtaking sunsets. The neighborhood is cozy with a park, tennis courts, basketball court, and golf course. I found a great 4 mile running loop with additional great views of the houses and water. Very close to New Buffalo and we took another short day trip to St Joseph. Lots of family memories to last a lifetime, but we certainly hope to add some more next year :)

  ...according to my niece & all of the family agreed. The location of the house is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the sandy beach. Chicago city centre and O'Hare airport are only a 90 minute drive away. The photos of the property are accurate, although the house is better in reality. The pool was kept clean & the owners are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property & hope to return in future years. Thanks Ann & Michael.

  Double check your reservation and be sure about the dates. When we got there in the middle of the night , there was another family. Unfortunately, it was double booked, and we tried to reach the owner at least one hour and realized that she wasn't so sorry. We had to search and to stay at a hotel that night. The house was an average one, and they locked everything in the garage,like beach chairs and toys which we were expecting to use at the beach and pool.

  Owner response: Owners beware.. this came from someone who demanded we send them a check or they would post a bad review. You can contact me for their email and name so you know not to rent to them. This review is completely fruadulent. They were the only renters we ever had that was a problem. Thank you to all of our yearly returning guest who treat our home as if it were their own.
